Ashley from Companion Carrier is truly such a wonderful reliable human being. She has truly been an angel for us and we don’t know what we would have done without her. We had a giant breed Irish Wolfhound puppy who had a serious medical condition, auto-immune meningitis. He needed to be transported back to his breeder to continue his treatment and due to our own health conditions we were unable to transport him ourselves. I was very cautious about finding someone to transport him and when I found Citizen Shipper I was certainly hesitant and overwhelmed; especially, after immediately receiving tons of offers from different transporters. I read through profile after profile and Ashley’s profile immediately stood out. Her extensive animal experience was so evident by the questions she asked and the way she prepared for the trip. All her communications were extremely reassuring!She made the long trip for our puppy from Arizona to California as stress free as possible. She worked with us to come up with the right transportation configuration. She communicated so quickly with us and proactively. She was skilled and comfortable working with our puppy with medical conditions. She was incredibly sweet and spoiled our boy on the ride. She was so compassionate for the situation we were going through. We even ran in to some pretty rough hiccups when our puppy arrived to his destination and Ashley stepped in and went above and beyond. Again, she truly was a blessing to us and she is a tremendous human being who clearly loves animals and has a special way with them.

Ashley was very communicative and punctual! She was very well prepared with cages, blankets, towels and cleaning supplies (just in case) and did a great job moving my cats.

Ashley was amazing! She was able to provide a fair price for transporting my dog and his things from LA to the Bay Area and was very communicative throughout the process ~ she even had treats and chews for him for the ride! She updated me throughout the journey with photos and ETA, and I felt relieved that my fur baby was in excellent hands. I would highly recommend Ashley for any transportation needs; she is an animal lover and will treat your loved ones with kindness and care.

Ashley was great for my furniture shipment! She communicated throughout the process, arrived right when she said she would, and delivered everything in good condition. No complaints, I'd happily work with her again.

Ashley was amazing throughout this entire process! She was very communicate before, making sure to get all the details and ensure my cats had a safe trip. She updated me throughout the entire trip, sending super cute photos and made me feel so safe about my babies being on a plane for the first time. I was so happy she was able to fly them for an affordable price, as driving them across the country would’ve taken so much longer and would’ve been hard on them. She was even able to administer trazodone safely when they were feeling anxious, and got them to their destination with no mishaps at all! Furthermore, she really seems to care for animals and even checked up on them after they were delivered. She is a pro, and your babies are so so safe in her hands! I am so grateful to her!
