Wow! Our first time ever transporting a pet and Sharonda provided excellent service and care for some precious cargo. Our family dog of 13 years was moved to Georgia to New York permanently to live with our daughters. It was such a smooth process and we knew he was in good hands with Sharonda’s background and experience. She communicated and gave updates during the trip. I highly recommend her and would use her again!

Ronda was wonderful from the very start. I find she offers a good variety of payment choices. I, personally, loved that she offered Paypal, as I found many of the other drivers who bid did not. She was very professional and communication with her was smooth during this entire process. I was able to use an app that Ronda sent me a link to in order to follow my puppy's entire trip. Upon arrival, I was met by a kind-spirited driver and a happy puppy. This is a very trust-worthy business and I would certainly use Swifty Pet again for any future pet transports.

Vivie is an almost three year old Cockapoo. She is the sweetest girl and so affectionate. But she is very shy and anxious at times around new people and new dogs. So we were worried about how we’d transport Vivie from GA to NY. She is small, but not small enough to fit under a plane seat. We scrambled for what to do. We love her so much. Our priority was her safety and comfort. A family friend told us about Citizen Shipper. We weren’t so enthused about the idea of a stranger transporting our beloved Vivie. But we really couldn’t pan out any other alternatives. I looked only at people with 5 star reviews and read each review and started chatting with folks. Sharonda was very responsive, and kind from the beginning. She stood out due to her very warm manner and her detailed bio and description. She has her own pets and has personally worked with Uber pets. Her warm manner, years of experience, reasonable prices, and responsiveness led us to book with her. She sent over a contract and we both signed. We told her a bit more about Vivie and coordinated pick up and drop off details. We were still nervous the day of the transport. However, Sharonda quickly developed rapport with us. She provided us with a GPS tracker, she sent lots of videos and pictures to us and kept us updated. As a bonus she took two cargo containers as she had room in her car. And upon drop off she delivered them right inside. As I am unable to do so. This is due to being in my third trimester of a high risk pregnancy. Upon arrival Vivie had been so comfortable she was reluctant to leave Sharonda! lol it was a welcome surprise and all the testament that we needed to know that Vivie was safe, loved, and well cared for on her trip. We would absolutely work with Sharonda again. And she’s the first person we’d recommend to anyone with fur babies in need of transportation. If you love your fur babies, and prioritize their safety, comfort and happiness, book with Swift Haul!

This was my first time using this service. Our dog was to fly but the restrictions with weather did not allow for it. Really quick we had to find an alternate route. Ronda was absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about the payment policy. She did work with me. I have trust issues and the way scamming is set up.....well you get it. She really tore up the road and got my dog to me in 2 days! I was really amazed. From SC to CA. Hands down the best! I got live updates with location. Pictures of my dog being his full spoiled self. We are a military family and PCS'ed to CA. I fully support and trust Ronda with my pets. She has an amazing spirit and is very much trustworthy. I did the apprehension for you and there is nothing to be worried about here. Absolutely book with her. Hope you can book directly and avoid that service fee I had to pay to them. Id rather of given it to she.

She was absolutely amazing. I needed my new adopted five month old pitbull picked up in Alabama within 24 hours and she did it and got her to me within 48. It was amazing. I live in Vermont that is quite the drive nova was full of energy when she got here went potty outside and then came in to meet her brother and Sisters, everybody welcomed her right away it couldn’t have gone better. I even got regular updates from her and was able to follow her via GPS online
