We had an excellent experience with Dog House Kennel transporting our puppy, Timber. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. One of my favorite features was the live GPS tracking—it was so reassuring to be able to follow Timber’s journey in real time and know exactly where she was. Everything went smoothly, even when I had to make changes to the pickup location on my end. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. At drop-off, the drivers were kind, professional, and genuinely caring with Timber. It was obvious they took great care of her during the trip, and she arrived happy, healthy, and well cared for. The transport was fabulous! We had two kittens transported from Alabama to North Carolina. Sharonda was very professional, very sweet, and personable. She arrived on time for pickup and gave me updates throughout the trip, and my two babies arrived safe and sound. She was very responsive to any questions and messages I sent along the route and got back to me very quickly. It really put my mind at ease. The transportation was seemless. They took great care of my two dogs and kept open communication over the long trip which spanned over 2 days.

This service is everything that you need to transport your pet. They were courteous, friendly, experienced, on time and in touch with you for the whole trip. Paperwork minimal and clear documents. I would trust them any ti;;me I need transportation anywhere.
