Although the pick up time was 30 minutes late, Penny was well taken car of on her long drive from Greer, south Carolina to Biddeford, Maine. The pick up and drop off was smooth and would not hesitate to recommend Swifty Pet Transport to anyone in need of safely transporting a loved pet.

Im not a guy with many words, so my best way to sum it up her delivery, absolutely amazing. She took my little guy all the way from Missouri to Massachusetts, and gave me a next day delivery! Ronda offered live tracking and full communication/ updates along the way. Getting my kitten delivered was the most nerve racking part of the whole process of adopting a kitten, and she made it beyond relaxing and reassuring! Keep doing everything the way youve been doing it Ronda, I appreciate it so much!

Sharonda and her team were excellent. I worked with Sharonda on logistics and Erica from her team, specially worked with me on my booking. They were so caring and thorough with our puppy instructions, every step of the way. We had some issues using the “Glympse” tracking app, but Erica quickly found a solution, sharing her location with me, so I can follow along with her ride, and anticipate her ETA. They both were in constant communication with me, and were so patient - I truly appreciate them driving our 4 puppies from Mississippi to NY and they truly delivered (not only the puppies!) but constant and thorough communication throughout the trip, patience, and kindness - thank you so much for everything!!! Where do I start Swifty pet Kennel was amazing. She literally communicated throughout the entire process. I fell in love with these cane pups but they were 400 plus miles away and I didn’t want to make that drive. Not only did she go pick them up for me with no hesitations involved, she ensured me that they would make it here to Ga safe and sound. She absolutely made that happen, and got here as soon as she could !! Thank you Swifty 🫶🏾 ! I would recommend using this service to anybody for your pet transport needs!

Sharonda was amazing! She is our Superwoman! Sharonda was so friendly and accommodating on so many levels. It was the best possible experience we could have had when transporting our three dogs. She worked with me all throughout the process and was flexible with our plans. We feel so fortunate to have found Sharonda and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Sharonda drove our dogs from NC to Kansas - a 20-hour drive and took the best care of them. She is an animal lover and that was evident in how she cared for all three of them.
