London and her company were a dream to work with! Constant communication, check-ins, and lots of love given to my sweet pup as he transitioned to his new home. My puppy was having a few health issues on the road, and London cared for him like he was truly one of her own and kept me up with all of his progress, etc. Her assistance led me to be able to get the care he needed as soon as he arrived safely and promptly on time. Love and her team are awesome. I had to schedule a last minute pick up and delivery on the 4th of July. Love was super responsive and helped me get set up in a jif. Her team was really nice and very communicative. They took great care of my dogs Camey and Greta. I would use them again and I recommend you use them as well.

I liked how London was communicating with me throughout the entire trip, she kept sending me updates and pictures of Bailey. I was able to track the entire trip with the GPS tracking that London share with me. Overall it was a great experience.
