They travel in clean, cozy crates with soft beds, blankets, and constant access to water. We stop regularly for potty breaks and short leashed walks or jogs to reduce anxiety and keep them comfortable throughout the trip. Your peace of mind is our priority: 📍 Real-time GPS tracking 🎥 Live camera check-ins during the trip 🔎 Apple Tag collars for all furbabies We follow your instructions to the letter when it comes to feeding and medications. Crates are sanitized between trips using a pet-safe, medical-grade cleaner. We’re confident handling all breeds — including those labeled as “aggressive” — and we offer extra-large crates or VIP solo (crate-free) rides if you prefer your pet to travel alone. Every transport is handled by a skilled driver — male and female — all capable of expertly managing hitches and safely securing cargo. This helps us ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you and your furbaby (or your freight!). To reserve your delivery date, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. Bringing home a new puppy is stressful enough without worrying about the trip — Logistics With Love made it the easiest part of the whole process. She was responsive, communicative every step of the way, and took genuinely excellent care of my puppy from pickup to drop-off. The level of attention and care was beyond anything I expected. London was so transparent the whole trip, and super funny as well! I had only been fostering my dog for about 3 months at the time of her pickup and she seemed to do great with her! She shared her location with me the entire way, and sent me lots of videos and pictures of my fur baby the whole way home! She was very good about responding fast as well if I had any questions or concerns! I would definitely choose her again, and recommend her for future riders!!

If I could give ten stars I would. Our baby was well taken care of and communication was immaculate. She delivered o ur non verbal sons service dog and made his absolute entire year. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

London did amazing and kept me completely informed and included photos of my little baby the entire way! Unfortunately she ran into some very inclement weather which extended the delivery time a bit but again, I was totally updated and my only concern was that both London and Halo were safe! We can’t control Mother Nature! I would definitely recommend London and her team! Thank you so much London! Wishing you the absolute best.

I was very nervous to try this and the driver was incredibly communicate and very warm. I would absolutely recommend this company and this driver in particular, who seemed to do many things to try and minimize the stress of the situation for my dog.
