They travel in clean, cozy crates with soft beds, blankets, and constant access to water. We stop regularly for potty breaks and short leashed walks or jogs to reduce anxiety and keep them comfortable throughout the trip. Your peace of mind is our priority: 📍 Real-time GPS tracking 🎥 Live camera check-ins during the trip 🔎 Apple Tag collars for all furbabies We follow your instructions to the letter when it comes to feeding and medications. Crates are sanitized between trips using a pet-safe, medical-grade cleaner. We’re confident handling all breeds — including those labeled as “aggressive” — and we offer extra-large crates or VIP solo (crate-free) rides if you prefer your pet to travel alone. This helps us ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you and your furbaby (or your freight!). To reserve your delivery date, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. Quick to respond and great communication. Got my 90lb husky mix, anxious 45lb husky and a cat from Austin to New York City in one trip without any stress, providing lots of updates along the way. I had a constraint around pickup time that we were able to plan around without any hassle. I’d recommend to anyone who needs attentive 1-on-1 pet transport!

London was great with my pups! I was worried one would be anxious but she felt very comfortable with London and seemed to do good during the trip. London shared her location the whole time and sent plenty of pics and videos of the dogs. She also FaceTimed to show them when she had the chance. One of my dogs was having trouble with her back legs but London was a great help getting her in and out of the car and keeping me updated on it. The dogs enjoyed it so much they tried to get back in the car at drop off!

Bringing home a new puppy is stressful enough without worrying about the trip — Logistics With Love made it the easiest part of the whole process. She was responsive, communicative every step of the way, and took genuinely excellent care of my puppy from pickup to drop-off. The level of attention and care was beyond anything I expected. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone need pet transportation. Five stars, no hesitation.

London was so transparent the whole trip, and super funny as well! I had only been fostering my dog for about 3 months at the time of her pickup and she seemed to do great with her! She shared her location with me the entire way, and sent me lots of videos and pictures of my fur baby the whole way home! She was very good about responding fast as well if I had any questions or concerns! I would definitely choose her again, and recommend her for future riders!!

If I could give ten stars I would. Our baby was well taken care of and communication was immaculate. She delivered o ur non verbal sons service dog and made his absolute entire year. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
