I cannot say enough wonderful things about Smoky Mountain Express! ❤️ Chad transported my sweet Knox all the way from Milan, Tennessee to me here in Redding, California, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. This was a long trip, and knowing Knox was in such caring hands made the whole experience so much easier. Chad was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative. He sent me wonderful updates and daily pictures of Knox along the way, which meant so much to me! Being able to see Knox, know how he was doing, and watch his journey made the wait much less stressful. 🐾❤️ When Knox finally arrived, it was obvious that he had been well cared for and loved throughout his trip. I am so grateful to Chad for treating him with such care and for keeping me updated every step of the way. I would 100% use Smoky Mountain Express again without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone needing safe, reliable, and compassionate pet transportation. He was so easy to communicate with. He worked with me eith my scheduling and timing for whej to bring my rabbits to me and he was extremely affordable. Very kind and if I ever need another animal transported I'll contact him first. Thank you so much for bringing me my little buns all the way from TN to CA. I appreciate you.

Smoky Mountain Express picked up my two kittens in Memphis, TN, and brought them all the way to Grand Junction, CO. He had a very reasonable price since he was already heading that way to deliver some other pets to California. There were a few delays but he kept me updated via text. The only thing I wish I had known sooner was that the journey would include multiple stops to drop off and pick up other pets. This made the trip closer to 48 hours instead of the ~24 ish I was originally expecting. He still gets 5 stars though due to his more than fair pricing and ultimate safe delivery of the kitties. When booking, he was very responsive and did not pressure me to book with him. He and his partner took good care of our boys and took pics of them throughout the trip. I also really appreciated that he shared the CitizenShipper fees outside of his own fee. It would have blindsided me otherwise since we had to pay over $200 to CitizenShippers because of the distance. I highly recommend this business!

Chad was very efficient and easy to deal with. It made the process seamless. He sent updates on the travel including photos to provide comfort. I was impressed when the delivery happened! He had a van of dogs rabbits and my cat. Man of many animal talents. I'd absolutely use him again!

Absolutely great experience! This was my first time ever having a pet transported and not only did he walk me through the whole process several times, sent me photos and updates throughout the whole 8 hour drive, AND he was early! Making sure my sweet fur baby was home as soon as possible!!

Amazing guy he was so kind and overall cool guy He responds with updates and came earlier than expected time. My dog Rocky was even comfortable with him. Five is too low I would rate him 10/10!!!
