Howard is such a polite and caring man. He was able to accommodate our ideal schedule to bring our new dog home. He treated her so well. We were updated throughout their travels on how she was doing and where they were at. When they were close to home we were given live tracking which was super helpful. He came to my house at 5:10 AM, picked up the motorcycle and he made sure he had a covered trailer for the motorcycle in case it rained. The 2026 Royal Enfield Bullet was brand new and needed it's first servicing. He drove three hours away to the certified mechanic, waited three hours for them to finish and drove three hours back in one day. The motorcycle looked better when it came back than when I gave it to him. He always airs on the side of caution when he's driving; I observed his driving --he's an expert. He communicates superbly as well.
