Howard was amazing! I hired him to help transport a large washer and dryer, and my 6 year old corgi - from La to the Bay Area. Howard is exceptional with both pet care and with moving large equipment/appliances ~ a rare find! From the moment he arrived, he put my mind at ease with warmly greeting my dog and taking the time to ensure that my appliances were properly loaded and secured. He sent me photos along the way through the 6-hour drive to share updates and ETA. After arriving, he even helped hook up the machines and worked to resolve connection issues! Howard is an experienced professional mover and I would highly recommend his services.

Howard was professional, attentive and very responsive. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Once we booked him, he was very independent and proactive with transport decisions, and brought our dog on the day we wanted her to come. He was able to coordinate all the details promptly. A+. There were a lot of moving pieces for this transport - an airport pick up, a night time arrival, overnight care and then delivery. Howard got everything right and was so kind. Our timid, fearful dog just loved him, and Howard was so careful with him. We are incredibly grateful and will use Howard again for certain!
