Once I got family coordinated. The whole process went very smoothly. Good communication before and during the trip. Cats seem as content as they can be under the circumstances.

Howard was very kind and easy to communicate with, and he brought my kitten home safely. He also shared his location while on the road, which was very reassuring. This was my first time using this platform so I was nervous - but I’m so happy I trusted him with my kitten. I 100% recommend him!

Howard was fantastic! Very reasonably priced, delivered our Aussie Shepherd puppy from San Francisco to Calabasas in speedy time with updates along the way. Highly recommend, very nice guy too.

Howard was courteous, communicative, kind and reliable in transporting our two cats, mochi and Nico. Prior to the trip he provided us with advice and also set up scheduling with accommodating our schedule in mind. On the morning of the trip he arrived at our home ahead of time and ready to go. Howard provided updates and securely delivered our pets. He is outstanding and I highly recommend him.

Absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning Howard made me comfortable knowing he was transporting my 4 cats. Pick up was in a small northern california mountain town up and down a windy road, then all the way to the other side of california to an ocean town. He let me know when he arrived at pick up and when he left and gave me up dates along the way. When I met him he was so nice! Didn't complain about my cats crying (which im sure they did!!) I would recommend Howard 100%!!!

Howard provided excellent service. He was moving a chameleon enclosure for me, which is somewhat delicate. He took great care and ensuring that it was secure and protected during transport. He was also a very communicative during the whole process and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Howard for any type of transport and he will definitely be my first contact if I need to transport anything else.
