Excellent! They brought us our 8 week old Cavapoo and we can’t say enough good things! The communication, compassion and care were 1000/10.

Best service ever! Would do it again and again. Competent, professional, gracious and with an abundance of love for these animals. Melissa was in contact with me for the whole drive and sent me a link to track the whole trip. Sent a sweet video of her snuggling and giving my little bun some love before he went in the carrier. I felt like she was as delighted to spend the time with him as I was to receive this beautiful guy. Thank you Melissa, thank you Papi's! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Jenn and Melissa are amazing. It was so easy to get this coordinated with them. They made what could have been a very stressful situation into a no fuss one. I got my doggie when they said and they communicated with me through the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Where do I begin? After losing my soul dog almost two years ago, I recently started looking to adopt a pup. I stumbled upon the absolute perfect dog for my family. The catch was she was 730 miles away. I researched transport services and decided to make an account with Citizen Shipper and just see what the quotes would be like. I ended up booking a transporter that day and we arranged for her to pick up two days later. The evening before the transporter was scheduled to pick up, she cancelled. My family and I were devastated. I decided to try one more time and as soon as I received the quote from Papi's Furry Friends we began to chat about the logistics. I loved that they could transport my pup individually and it wouldn't be a situation where she was stuck in the back of a van with crates stacked to the ceiling for multiple days. Melissa and Jenn were so kind and answered all of my questions. Upon booking, we spoke for hours on the phone and we bonded over their own loss of Papi, their organization's namesake, which led them to do this amazing work. You can sense that they love what they do and are so passionate about making sure fur babies get to their forever homes with compassion and the utmost care. They were able to pick up my pup a mere two days after booking and began the 13+ hour trek to Vermont. I received pictures, videos and calls along the way letting me know how she was doing and I was also able to watch their progress in real-time. Our puppy, Hazel, arrived safe and sound and in wonderful spirits. They even checked in the next day to see how she was settling in. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing and I truly feel like I've met some wonderful friends in Melissa and Jenn. Ladies, thank you so much. I cannot express to you the joy she is bringing us and it wouldn't have been possible without you swooping in and saving the day.
