I was truly impressed with the service provided by the team. They went above and beyond to make my pets travel very comfortable and made sure they had good play time, walk and food. One example would be, that we asked our host Melissa to add yogurt to my pet's food and she went beyond to mix the yogurt with his food. She also got treats for him which she does not have to. Buster seemed have been driven first class.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been a dog breeder for many years and my experience with many other companies has usually not lived up to their advertised service. But the service I received from this company was absolutely above and beyond any that I have dealt with, their communications was amazing, their care of my puppy was beyond anything I could ask for to the point of having my little guy sleep on the floor of the bedroom during an overnight ride so he would be comfortable and not cry. When the puppy arrived to his new home, the family contacted and said "They are wonderful" to which I concur 100%.
