Where do I begin? After losing my soul dog almost two years ago, I recently started looking to adopt a pup. I stumbled upon the absolute perfect dog for my family. The catch was she was 730 miles away. I researched transport services and decided to make an account with Citizen Shipper and just see what the quotes would be like. I ended up booking a transporter that day and we arranged for her to pick up two days later. The evening before the transporter was scheduled to pick up, she cancelled. My family and I were devastated. I decided to try one more time and as soon as I received the quote from Papi's Furry Friends we began to chat about the logistics. I loved that they could transport my pup individually and it wouldn't be a situation where she was stuck in the back of a van with crates stacked to the ceiling for multiple days. Melissa and Jenn were so kind and answered all of my questions. Upon booking, we spoke for hours on the phone and we bonded over their own loss of Papi, their organization's namesake, which led them to do this amazing work. You can sense that they love what they do and are so passionate about making sure fur babies get to their forever homes with compassion and the utmost care. They were able to pick up my pup a mere two days after booking and began the 13+ hour trek to Vermont. I received pictures, videos and calls along the way letting me know how she was doing and I was also able to watch their progress in real-time. Our puppy, Hazel, arrived safe and sound and in wonderful spirits. They even checked in the next day to see how she was settling in. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing and I truly feel like I've met some wonderful friends in Melissa and Jenn. Ladies, thank you so much. I cannot express to you the joy she is bringing us and it wouldn't have been possible without you swooping in and saving the day.

I had the absolute best experience hiring Papi's to bring my pup from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. Admittedly, I was extremely nervous and distrusting of hiring someone over the Internet, let alone to be in care of a beloved furry family member. I received a lot of estimates and was overwhelmed with how to determine those who were legitimate businesses and above all, a business I could trust. I won the lottery the day I booked with Papi's and would not hesitate to use them again or to HIGHLY recommend their services! The transportation services were handled EXTREMELY professional from start to finish. They communicated with me EVERY step of the way and went above and well beyond my expectations of caring for my Charlie. Jen was helpful, courteous and responsive during the journey and Melissa was an absolute joyful angel on wheels transporting such precious cargo. Her genuine enthusiasm for the job she does and love and care for animals is undeniably evident from the very first leg of the journey when she shares a video of the pickup and talks about her passenger, their journey and when she will post again. Behind the scenes, I received text updates, photos, videos and even an ETA tracker. I was just BLOWN away. If you want a "white glove" service with an added bonus of joyful communications, peace of mind at all times during the experience, not to mention the affordable and extremely fair pricing, do NOT even hesitate to schedule your transportation needs today! I enjoyed the experience so much and felt a kinship that I'm now following to watch all of their future journeys! It's a feel good during the day when so many negative things are happening around the world. Just tuning in and hearing her joy, seeing her smile and sweet stories about even sweeter passengers. You could almost charge just to have this in your feed for a mental health break! :)

Jenn and Melissa were awesome to work with on transporting my new rescue pup from South Florida to Marietta Georgia. They were so accomadating in helping coordinate the pick up with the rescue and getting her to me that exact same day!!!! WoW!! The communucation and pictures were wonderful as I awaited her arrival. When my new girl Nolah arrived she was scared and uncertain about me and Melissa stay and helped her warm to me a bit before she left. Everything was great!!! Thanks again.

Melissa always kept me updated and she took such great care of Chloe and did her best to keep her comfortable! Melissa and Jenn are quick to respond, warm, and excellent communicators! Would definitely use again!!! ❤️

I was truly impressed with the service provided by the team. They went above and beyond to make my pets travel very comfortable and made sure they had good play time, walk and food. One example would be, that we asked our host Melissa to add yogurt to my pet's food and she went beyond to mix the yogurt with his food. She also got treats for him which she does not have to. Buster seemed have been driven first class.
