She had an unwavering love for dogs and animals, and our home was always filled with the presence of various pets, including mutts and English Bulldogs. After my mom’s passing, my dad began driving more often, telling me that he felt a deep connection to my mom when he was on the road. He longed to take a road trip across the country, feeling that the open road would help him stay connected to her. Unfortunately, this journey never came to be, as my dad passed away just five months later, in July 2023. In the midst of this immense loss, I found solace in a new companion — Nova, my emotional support dog. Nova helped bring joy back into my life when it felt as though the light had dimmed. She gave me the comfort and companionship I needed during a very difficult time, and it was through this bond that the idea for Novacraft Pet Transport was born. The road trips I shared with Nova were not just about traveling from place to place; they became a way to heal, to remember my parents, and to feel connected to them in a way that words couldn’t express. That connection to the road, to animals, and to the memories of my parents is what drives me to offer this service. Novacraft Pet Transport is my way of honoring their memory by providing pets with the care, comfort, and companionship they deserve during their journey, just as Nova did for me. Our Vehicle Setup: Safe, Comfortable, and Pet-Friendly Novacraft is proud to offer the 2025 Toyota RAV4 as our primary vehicle for pet transport. This spacious, reliable SUV is equipped with all the features necessary to ensure a comfortable journey for every pet we transport. Our RAV4 is equipped with security monitoring, and I’ll share the location with you throughout the journey, so you always know where your pet is. This added transparency ensures peace of mind for pet owners, knowing that their pets are traveling safely at all times. We take regular bathroom breaks every 2-3 hours, and I offer optional stops at dog-friendly locations like national parks along the route — your choice. Along with plenty of breaks, I provide portable bowls for food and water to keep your pet hydrated and happy. If your pet has any specific preferences, I can also stop at a nearby Petco or PetSmart to pick up their favorite treats. Home base is in Glastonbury, Connecticut, but I’m about to hit the road full-time, traveling wherever the next customer’s pet needs to go. I’m a dog breeder and have used this sight multiple times and this has been my best experience! He is very accommodating, extremely responsive, keeps you updated the whole time, and sends lots of videos so you can watch your dog along the way. His dog Nova is super sweet and in my experience made my puppies feel better on the long car ride knowing they were not alone. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We used Novacraft to bring our rescue home from Nebraska to Chicago. Novacare was SO gracious in making sure that both Grant (puppy) and our family felt comfortable for the trip. Novacare identified what Grant needed and went out of their way, to a Pet Smart, to make sure all of Grant's needs were taken care of - we did not ask for this, Novacare just offered. The communication was beyond amazing and we could not have asked for a better trip for our new puppy. We will be using Novacare again for some upcoming travel needs in the near future!

Trevor was absolutely amazing!!! Our dog, Frank, a shar pei mix, was picked up in Batavia, IL and had a wonderful trip to San Francisco! Trevor's dog, Nova, made the trip with Frank and the two dogs became furry friends immediately:) Trevor exceeded our expectations, his communication with us was incredible. We knew their exact location at all times and we received many texts, photos, and videos throughout each day. Trevor stopped every 2-3 hours to let the dogs stretch and get some fresh air! He planned the trip (the route, stops and pet friendly hotels) with great care! Our dog, Frank, was in such good hands! Frank can get kindof anxious in certain situations and Trevor knew just how to calm him. We feel very fortunate that we found Trevor, his personal attention to detail and all the attention he gave Frank was something we'll never forget. I would highly recommend him!!! He was the best!!!

I booked with Novacraft to transport my dog, Grizzly, from Connecticut to Colorado by car. At first, I was a little worried that a long trip with a stranger might be stressful for him, but after talking with Trevor on the phone, I felt confident that Grizzly would be in good hands. Trevor even took the time to introduce himself to Grizzly the day before pickup, which really helped put my mother at ease. Throughout the journey, Trevor kept us updated with pictures and videos, and it was clear that Grizzly was having a great time! He seemed to enjoy the adventure—especially having Trevor’s dog, Nova, as a travel buddy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I booked with Novacraft Pet Transport for our 8 week old puppy to be delivered from Indiana to NY and it was a wonderful experience!! Trevor was our driver & he was absolutely amazing! He provided great care for the puppy and was in constant contact with texts and photos along the drive. He was professional, communicative, & friendly. He made everything super easy & stress free for myself & our puppy. He also got to our destination way faster than anticipated & our pup arrived safely and happy. FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend!
