I’m a pet owner too. But safe transport takes planning, time, and real hygiene practices that not everyone offers. I don’t stack animals from different homes, and never without written consent before you book. I sanitize between every trip. I take breaks, follow your pet’s routine, and focus on their comfort and safety, even when no one’s watching (You have the option for 24/7 live video checkups via my lovely assistant, aka 16 year old daughter. Weather I'm driving, sleeping or in the ladies room, one of us will be available to take your call) My rates reflect that commitment. I may not be the cheapest, but I will always be the most thoughtful, transparent and safest. _______________________________________ ❓ Questions I Often Get from Pet Parents Q: How many pets do you take per trip? Just 2 to 3 max. I only book what I can safely and lovingly manage. Q: Will my pet be in a kennel the whole time? Only if they want to be! I rotate crate time with soft bedding and out-of-crate rest. Some nap in crates, others sprawl like royalty. I follow their lead. Q: My pet is anxious, senior, or special, can you help? Absolutely. I provide calm music, gentle handling, and personalized care. I’m especially good with nervous travelers. Q: Are there hidden fees? No. My quote includes everything I control. Any platform service fees are added during booking and do not go to me. Q: What if I need to cancel? Life happens. Cancellations 48+ hours ahead get a full refund. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Just please give me a heads-up if possible. Q: Can I send treats or toys with my pet? Yes please! Familiar scents and snacks help your pet feel more at home. Just let me know about allergies or preferences. _______________________________________ 🐶 The Truth About Transport Risks Q: Why is cleanliness such a big deal in pet transport? Get ready to take this seriously. Illness can spread even when animals seem perfectly healthy. Parvo, for example, is highly contagious and can live for months on surfaces or in soil. It spreads through microscopic traces, paws, fur, shoes, bedding, and most people don’t even realize they’re carrying it. I almost lost my own dog to parvo years ago. That experience is exactly why I take extra precautions now. I keep my rides small, clean, and carefully managed. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Christina kept us updated with clear messages, quick responses, and genuine care for our dogs’ comfort and safety. During the trip, she went above and beyond—sending regular photo and video updates, letting us know how the dogs were settling in, when they had breaks, and how they were eating and drinking. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were being treated like family the entire time. Our dogs arrived safe, happy, and calm—better than we ever expected after such a long journey. Christina and Mystic clearly love animals and treat them with compassion and professionalism. Their vehicle was spotless and well-prepared, and the whole process felt organized and stress-free. If you’re looking for trustworthy, kind, and reliable pet transporters, I cannot recommend Christina and Mystic enough. I can't say enough about Christina and Mystic. They took care of my baby almost better than me!! They kept me updated on their routes, how my baby was doing, sent pictures. I would definitely recommend them for pet transport, but for any other kind of transport you might need. They have even followed up afterward to see how my girl was doing in her new location. Highly recommend!
