AAA Pet Transport was nothing but a phenomenal experience. Organized, communicative, treats dogs how they needed to be, and more. My experience can only be summed up as great, I got text messages whenever she arrived at a new location, she sends you a route of what she’s taking, sends pictures of your pet who you can tell even through a phone is comfortable. Pricing is very fair, which you can’t say for everyone on the app. She even let me adjust the date of when I had to pick up my dog. She is the transport you need to take.

Serena was fantastic with my puppy’s transport when I was unable to take him myself. She kept us updated (both myself and pups new owner) the whole way and worked with me on everything! I can’t wait to use her services again. I would recommend her to anyone.

This service we received was very unexpected. Very professional and communicated very well. They did exactly what they said they would do and kept me up to date on every stop and move. Both trucks made it to destination early. Communication throughout the delivery was amazing. Will defiantly be calling them back when we are done with project to move trucks back to Oklahoma. AAA Pet Transport was the best choice to bring my baby home to me. I was having trouble getting the payment to work and they were so patient -- I didn't get it working until the morning OF transport, and they were still working to make sure I could get it all figured out and get my little fur baby here. I got pictures and live GPS to ensure that Finn was doing well and they took SUCH good care of him. My little boy is incredibly skittish so knowing how comfortable he was with AAA Pet Transport goes to show that they go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and feels safe during transport. Thank you AAA Pet Transport for your service! You guys are amazing and I feel so lucky and blessed that I booked with y'all. Serena was like family before we even met in person. I asked a lot of questions prior to booking, and she answered each one like she hadn’t heard them a million times already. My mom passed at the end of June and left her Blue Heelers without an owner. My sister and I just couldn’t find a way to keep them. Serena showed care and compassion for us mere humans as well as the fur babies. She kept in contact with me the entire time and let me know when they were safely delivered to their new home. She also eased my mind by letting me know the couple who adopted them were very nice. If I ever need this service again, I will definitely choose AAA Pet Transport with Serena. ❤️

Serena was amazing and such a blessing. We were supposed to have our dog Stanley transported by plane by another company. They were stressful and non-communicative from the beginning. We ran into an issue where they would delay Stanley for a week. I found Serena and AAA here on Wednesday and without hesitation, she agreed to pick him up from MO and brought to MA from Thursday to Friday. She was so kind, always kept us updated, and made us feel comfortable from the start. I wish I could rate her higher!
