This service we received was very unexpected. Very professional and communicated very well. They did exactly what they said they would do and kept me up to date on every stop and move. Both trucks made it to destination early. Communication throughout the delivery was amazing. Will defiantly be calling them back when we are done with project to move trucks back to Oklahoma. I was having trouble getting the payment to work and they were so patient -- I didn't get it working until the morning OF transport, and they were still working to make sure I could get it all figured out and get my little fur baby here. I got pictures and live GPS to ensure that Finn was doing well and they took SUCH good care of him. My little boy is incredibly skittish so knowing how comfortable he was with AAA Pet Transport goes to show that they go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and feels safe during transport. Serena was like family before we even met in person. I asked a lot of questions prior to booking, and she answered each one like she hadn’t heard them a million times already. My mom passed at the end of June and left her Blue Heelers without an owner. My sister and I just couldn’t find a way to keep them. Serena showed care and compassion for us mere humans as well as the fur babies. She kept in contact with me the entire time and let me know when they were safely delivered to their new home. She also eased my mind by letting me know the couple who adopted them were very nice. If I ever need this service again, I will definitely choose AAA Pet Transport with Serena. ❤️

Serena was amazing and such a blessing. We were supposed to have our dog Stanley transported by plane by another company. They were stressful and non-communicative from the beginning. We ran into an issue where they would delay Stanley for a week. I found Serena and AAA here on Wednesday and without hesitation, she agreed to pick him up from MO and brought to MA from Thursday to Friday. She was so kind, always kept us updated, and made us feel comfortable from the start. I wish I could rate her higher!

Serena was fantastic. Quick delivery and constant updates all along the way with my kitten. My baby arrived safe and secure. Serena has a very nice vehicle and she had her in a nice carrier inside a crate for added security. She took good care of my kitten. Serena was pleasant and definitely an animal lover.
