We had a great experience with Mike and Dawn. We have a very nervous dog and we were very nervous about getting him across the country for our move. They accomplished it without a hitch and in record time. Communication was outstanding as was our pup’s care. He came home to us healthy and happy. I highly recommend Dependable Driver Solutions!

Our experience with Mike, the owner of Dependable Driver Solutions, and James and Karen, the drivers, could not have been better. They all took excellent care of our very nervous and scared rescue and made sure she was as comfortable as could be during her long journey. They provided numerous updates and pictures along the way and kept us appraised of their arrival time. We are so thankful for the care they provided to our girl.

I had the most positive experience with Michael, Karen and James, who transported my 5 month old puppy from New York to California. I was nervous about leaving my puppy’s welfare in the hands of others for a few days while he was in transit but the team reassured me before and during the journey. They were very responsive and transparent. I would definitely recommend them and perhaps use them for a return journey as well.

James and Karen were great . They took great care of my fur baby, Blue. He has never traveled before and his first trip was from the east coast to the west coast. They update me along the way with picture and videos. They treated Blue like family and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. They delivered him safe, healthy and happy. I can’t say enough of about how pleased I am with their service.

I had a family emergency and needed to get from California to New Jersey as quickly as possible. Lizz was beyond fabulous! From the moment I met her, both Kaja and I felt completely at ease. She was so attentive to Kaja's needs and made sure she was comfortable throughout the journey, which spanned over 2,800 miles! Lizz went above and beyond by sending daily updates, including photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind knowing Kaja was in such loving hands. I could see that Kaja was being well cared for every step of the way, and it truly eased my worries. Lovely couple. They genuinely love pets. My two cats rode well without much fuss.h
