I was in a real bind needing last-minute transport for my puppy from North Carolina to Michigan, and I'm so incredibly grateful I found this service. They truly went above and beyond! From the initial contact, they were responsive, professional, and, most importantly, incredibly caring. It was clear they understood how precious my puppy was to me and they treated her with the utmost care and respect throughout the entire journey. They kept me updated regularly and provided pictures, which really put my mind at ease. Knowing my puppy was in such good hands allowed me to relax (as much as possible!) during a stressful situation. They handled all the logistics seamlessly and delivered my puppy safely and soundly to my door in Michigan. I would absolutely use this service again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and compassionate pet transport. Shawna was a delight to work with. She was really helpful as acknowledged that moving is really stressful. She even offered boarding for my dog as to relieve me of some stress. She is responsive to all the texts as well. My dog is a somewhat new rescue, and is very anxious. I was surprised at the drop off time when my dog showed a lot of affection towards Shawna. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received. My dog was delivered to me safely. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because at first the transporter told me she'd be doing the pick up early afternoon but then, when everything was said and done, I didn't receive my dog until 2 a.m. Saturday. That was a little inconvenient since I have 2 other German Shepherds I needed to introduce the new one to. That needs to be done on neutral territory and by walking them together. So I ended up having to walk the dogs together until about 3:30 a.m. That's why I was so insistant that the transfer be done Friday afternoon. But, it all ended up working out. My new boy is doing well and the dogs are all buddies.
