Hello! I’m Shawna, owner and primary driver of Royalty RoadTrip Pet Transport LLC. I provide professional, attentive pet transportation throughout the United States with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, communication, and individualized care. Royalty RoadTrip is USDA registered, and I am pet CPR certified with 7 years of prior veterinary experience. I have experience transporting puppies, adult and senior pets, pregnant dogs, animals requiring medications or additional assistance, and pets with special care needs. Your pet is treated like family while in my care. Transportation is provided in a climate-controlled vehicle, with clean and sanitized crates, fresh bedding, fresh water, feeding according to owner instructions, and regular care throughout the trip. Crates and transport equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between transports. For pets old enough to safely walk during transport, bathroom and exercise breaks are provided as appropriate in low-traffic areas. Young puppies that should not be exposed to public areas remain safely contained in their sanitized transport space. Clients receive regular communication, photos, updates, and location information throughout the trip so you know how your pet is doing along the way. One of the things that makes Royalty RoadTrip different is the personal service. I am directly involved from booking through pickup and delivery rather than passing your pet between multiple unknown drivers. Depending on the transport, I may have an approved helper with me, but your pet remains under Royalty RoadTrip’s care throughout the trip. I offer both VIP private/solo transportation and select shared-route transportation, depending on availability and the needs of the animals traveling. My experience includes transporting many breeds, sizes, ages, and special situations. Every trip is approached individually because every animal has different needs. Shawna was a delight to work with. She was really helpful as acknowledged that moving is really stressful. She even offered boarding for my dog as to relieve me of some stress. She is responsive to all the texts as well. My dog is a somewhat new rescue, and is very anxious. I was surprised at the drop off time when my dog showed a lot of affection towards Shawna. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received. My dog was delivered to me safely. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because at first the transporter told me she'd be doing the pick up early afternoon but then, when everything was said and done, I didn't receive my dog until 2 a.m. Saturday. That was a little inconvenient since I have 2 other German Shepherds I needed to introduce the new one to. That needs to be done on neutral territory and by walking them together. So I ended up having to walk the dogs together until about 3:30 a.m. That's why I was so insistant that the transfer be done Friday afternoon. But, it all ended up working out. My new boy is doing well and the dogs are all buddies.
