Hello I’m Shawna and I am the owner of RoadTrip Pet Transport in business for 8 years now. 
I am a very hardworking person, my priorities are meeting deadlines and punctuality of delivery. You can safely entrust me with the delivery of the goods corresponding to you and, of course, your pets. During the transportation of all animals, in a climate control vehicle which ensures a comfortable temperature at all times keeping them comfortable. 
After each transportation, the crates are thoroughly cleaned and disinfectants that eliminating foreign odors and possible parasites with otoban the ONLY cleaner to remove parvo. I keep in communication and contact with everyone also offering location services, pictures and updates during the trip. I’m a higher end pet transport company who is the only owner operator and driver for my company. I do it all myself from start to finish so you won’t randomly get a person to pick up, a different person booking you, It will always get, just me and possibly a helper. I have 7 years vet experience prior to this and been doing this 8 years now. Doing only solo transports ensures a fast safe trip with the up most care given during travel. A lot goes into this company new vehicles, insurance, tolls, showers fresh laundry pet care ( crates, food , water, leash, seat protection, etc.) How you would take care of these fur babies at home, is how I would take care of them and somtimes even better in my care . Feeding schedules the same, the amount of food the same as you would yourself. Fresh bottled water nice and cold. Fresh and clean bedding and feeding bowls. Walking them as they need typically 3-4 hours in low to non traffic area's.( only pets over 12 weeks of age) Babies stay in the crate using horse bedding which is also cleaned everyday, many times per day depending on how much they use the bathroom. I have transport many types, sizes and breeds of animals to pregnant pups even giving birth to new borns having to hand or bottle feed to broken legs or older pets that are blind or even ill with medication. I have seen and done it all. Each and everyone have arrived home safely and happy. You won’t be disappointed booking with me, paying $1/mile if you think about it having that much detail and care for your pets is well worth it for my time and care I put into this career. I thank you for taking the time to read and understand what we do as shippers (the real shippers) goes through and will do for you and your new family members. At booking I take 50% depsoit to pay for the gas and expenses during travel with a non refundable deposit if YOU cancel last minute. It’s a full refund if I’m the one who is canceling which I haven’t ever done. I need at least 2-3 days to plan ahead and get everything ready for the trip and travel plans. If paying Venmo cashapp and any other foreign payments that cost a fee to make the payment you are responsible for that fee there’s no other hidden fees with my company. The other 50% payment can be made cash or the above listed ways upon delivery. I was in a real bind needing last-minute transport for my puppy from North Carolina to Michigan, and I'm so incredibly grateful I found this service. They truly went above and beyond! From the initial contact, they were responsive, professional, and, most importantly, incredibly caring. It was clear they understood how precious my puppy was to me and they treated her with the utmost care and respect throughout the entire journey. They kept me updated regularly and provided pictures, which really put my mind at ease. Knowing my puppy was in such good hands allowed me to relax (as much as possible!) during a stressful situation. They handled all the logistics seamlessly and delivered my puppy safely and soundly to my door in Michigan. Shawna was a delight to work with. She was really helpful as acknowledged that moving is really stressful. She even offered boarding for my dog as to relieve me of some stress. She is responsive to all the texts as well. My dog is a somewhat new rescue, and is very anxious. I was surprised at the drop off time when my dog showed a lot of affection towards Shawna. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received. My dog was delivered to me safely. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because at first the transporter told me she'd be doing the pick up early afternoon but then, when everything was said and done, I didn't receive my dog until 2 a.m. Saturday. That was a little inconvenient since I have 2 other German Shepherds I needed to introduce the new one to. That needs to be done on neutral territory and by walking them together. So I ended up having to walk the dogs together until about 3:30 a.m. That's why I was so insistant that the transfer be done Friday afternoon. But, it all ended up working out. My new boy is doing well and the dogs are all buddies.
