5 stars for the agent in the chat 5 stars for the person who picked up my Trike. Handled it safely and made it super simple for me and was communicative and was super nice to meet in person. Didn't like the person who called me and texted me. They never said who they were and couldn't be helpful in keeping track off information they didn't even knows I already had someone assigned. Also the people who get assigned don't always call back and may claim to show up and not have the right equipment to get the job done so you have to wait longer for a new person to pick up your property. Amazing and responsive chat agent answered literally every single question with professional energy made me feel comfortable on my first experience. Will definitely use again!

They got my motorcycle shipped very fast from Arizona to Illinois. Communication was great too, lots of helpful information as well. No complaints on my end. Scrambling to find someone before we flew out from Florida to Oregon, I found ADL, and I swear it was gods work. They were a legit god send!
