5 stars for the agent in the chat 5 stars for the person who picked up my Trike. Handled it safely and made it super simple for me and was communicative and was super nice to meet in person. Didn't like the person who called me and texted me. They never said who they were and couldn't be helpful in keeping track off information they didn't even knows I already had someone assigned. Also the people who get assigned don't always call back and may claim to show up and not have the right equipment to get the job done so you have to wait longer for a new person to pick up your property. Amazing and responsive chat agent answered literally every single question with professional energy made me feel comfortable on my first experience. Will definitely use again!

They got my motorcycle shipped very fast from Arizona to Illinois. Communication was great too, lots of helpful information as well. No complaints on my end. The Service was smooth and fast. They picked up the motorcycle faster than expected and wa delivered within 3 or 4 days from Wisconsin to Los Angeles.

Smooth, easy, professional! We had a not so great first experience having someone pick up our trailer, long story short, it didn’t work out with that driver. Scrambling to find someone before we flew out from Florida to Oregon, I found ADL, and I swear it was gods work. They were a legit god send! Always there so answer any questions I had and were very prompt to get back to me anytime a day. Trailer was picked up quickly and delivered in a great time frame. Highly recommend them!
