Adl Logistics coordinated the transport of our new Can Am from Texas to Florida. Everything went smoothly and correctly. I am very happy with the service they provided. They explained the whole process in great detail and answered all of my questions promply. I will definately call them again if I ever need this type of service.

I would definitely recommend ADL Logistics for auto transports. We certainly had a few bumps in the road (no pun intended), but they really came through in the end. My contact was Rod. He was fantastic. I had a (huge) issue with an inoperable car sitting in the middle of nowhere, and I initially questioned a couple of the things he told me about how things typically work on resolving such an ordeal. But after a lot of research of my own, I learned that Rod was 100% truthful, honest, and accurate in everything he said. My trust with ADL is very high at this point. The communication was truly unbelievable. Virtually instant, like texting a friend. First off, I should also recommend CitizenShipper. That platform was way better than uShip in my opinion. Once I booked ADL, the communication was effortless. Truly like texting a friend. That alone was worth the 5 stars. The driver they found to transport my car, Clinton, was also great to deal with. Very friendly, calm in his ways, and knowledgeable about moving cars. I tipped him upon delivery (and you should, too!). Overall, despite the obstacles we faced as a collective team, I had a great experience with ADL Logistics. If I ever need a car transported again in the future, I'll reach out to them without hesitation. Between the constant communication, endless support from Rod, and the perfect transport by Clinton, this is an easy 5-Star review. Not even a question.

Car got here in one piece. I might pay extra for enclosed next time. Last minute cash on delivery mix up where I almost paid extra. Very good response time. The hauler they subbed it to was good too (east coast hauling). It’s not clear right away that they’ll sub it out but it makes sense given the price. 5 stars because of good communication.

Great service! I shipped 2 cars and they were delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date. Communication throughout the entire process was awesome. The price was very good compared to other quotes I received. The driver and the company were both great to work with. Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience. Even though the shipment was delayed by a few days, ADL was easy to contact to receive updates. Motorcycle arrived in great condition with no damage. Driver was helpful and friendly. Would use this dispatch/carrier service again.
