I was out of town when the bike was delivered , according to my shipping and receiving folks the bike had been transported in a new enclosed trailer, was tied down securely and was in perfect condition after unloading. One comment from my shipping gal was the driver while helpful spoke very little english. All this aside, I was very happy my Yamaha arrived safely….
