Hello, I'm Paul and I am courier on the CitizenShipper platform. I have completed over 200 deliveries including several from repeat customers and their referrals. I do not like to stack deliveries unless its from the same owner/breeder. Your pet will not be simply tossed in the back of a van and forgotten until just before drop off. In my time working with Citizenshipper, I have dealt with many situations and have experienced pretty much everything that can occur during pet transportation. Before working with Citizenshipper, I was a Navy Vet and worked as a Merchant Marines for 23 years, which was cut short due to me becoming disabled and eventually led to me to work with Citizenshipper. Paul was fantastic with Bella. She didn’t want to leave his van when she arrived in MA. He loved her and cared for her and fed her meat when she wouldn’t eat her food while traveling. He sent videos and called regularly to update me on their status. I am so thankful we went with Paul.

Paul was absolutely amazing. Personable from the very beginning, giving updates along with pictures and videos throughout the trip. He was great with communication. My brother passed away and Paul brought his dog from Florida to California. Sampson had been through so much and he took extra care of him. He Truly exceeded our expectations. Paul made a heartbreaking situation so comforting for us and we are truly grateful.

Paul did such a good job with our dog , he cared for our dog as if it were his own , got constant updates of location and videos of potty breaks . When in need of pet transport I highly recommend Paul .
