I would give Paul 100 stars if I could! He was incredible to work with. Up front about the cost, communicated along the entire trip, sent update photos and videos, had all the equipment to transport the cats ready. All I did was provide the food, litter, a blanket, and the cats! He took care of the rest. If I ever move again, I will be contacting Paul

Paul is great! He is very attentive and keeps you updated along the way. He was very patient with me being a first time user for CitizenShipper. He was the best for the job, he brought my 8 week old puppy safe and sound. I’d definitely recommend booking with him.

Paul is patient and kind. You can see how much he truly cares about the animals. I do not know what we would have done if we had another person transport our dog. Even through every curve ball that threw me for a loop, he was there and calm. He made sure Lucy arrived safely and gave me updates all throughout the trip. Thank you Paul… you don’t know how much your kindness meant to me.

I 100% recommend Paul. His communication is top notch. He gave me all the information I needed to know and answered every single question I had. He made an offer and stuck to it until I was ready to book with him. Throughout the transportation he kept me updated with text and videos of my pet. Made me feel so comfortable through out the process. We lived in FL and moved to CA so that’s quite a drive but his timings for pick up and drop off were impressive! Thank you Paul!

Paul was FAR BETER THAN excellent with my two big dogs!!!. One 90 lbs the other 60lbs. On time pick up in FL, dropped ahead of schedule in CT. Dogs arrived happy and calm. I would rate the experience 12 out of 10. Thank you very much to Paul.

Paul transported my dog and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly loving, informative, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Paul literally saved us. We relocated from South Africa to Arkansas and because of the international conflict, no flights were available to ship our dog and cat to the US through Atlanta (closest CDC facility to Arkansas). We had to re-route them through LA but no pet shippers would transport further than Arizona from LA. One of the large pet shippers suggested we try CitizenShipper and thank goodness we did! Paul accepted our job and we couldn’t have been more thankful. His communication is excellent - he will keep you up to date via texts and calls every few hours during their transport and sends photos and videos. Our international pet shippers failed to provide our pets with food but Paul stopped and got food and even litter for the cat. Then when he realized we were living out of a hotel for a few weeks, he generously gave us the rest of the food and litter! Paul - we really thought we were out of options and we can’t thank you enough for transporting our pets safely and reuniting our family.
