Paul made the transport of our dog from Arizona to Florida very stress free. He kept both me and my daughter informed with updates of his location, and with photos and videos of our dog, Truman. He made us feel at peace throughout the entire trip. I highly recommend using Paul to transport your pet.

Can’t recommend Paul enough! Brought my two cats from TX to NC in just over a day’s time and was excellent in keeping me updated on how things were going throughout the trip. Incredibly fair price and an awesome man to work with who is clearly passionate about what he does and treats your pets like one of his own. Absolutely hit up Paul if you’re in the market for top-notch professional pet transportation!

Paul is great! He is very attentive and keeps you updated along the way. He was very patient with me being a first time user for CitizenShipper. He was the best for the job, he brought my 8 week old puppy safe and sound. I’d definitely recommend booking with him.

I would give Paul 100 stars if I could! He was incredible to work with. Up front about the cost, communicated along the entire trip, sent update photos and videos, had all the equipment to transport the cats ready. All I did was provide the food, litter, a blanket, and the cats! He took care of the rest. If I ever move again, I will be contacting Paul

Paul is patient and kind. You can see how much he truly cares about the animals. I do not know what we would have done if we had another person transport our dog. Even through every curve ball that threw me for a loop, he was there and calm. He made sure Lucy arrived safely and gave me updates all throughout the trip. Thank you Paul… you don’t know how much your kindness meant to me.

I 100% recommend Paul. His communication is top notch. He gave me all the information I needed to know and answered every single question I had. He made an offer and stuck to it until I was ready to book with him. Throughout the transportation he kept me updated with text and videos of my pet. Made me feel so comfortable through out the process. We lived in FL and moved to CA so that’s quite a drive but his timings for pick up and drop off were impressive! Thank you Paul!

Paul got my doggo clear across the country in three days. Grateful for his work.

We are so thankful for Paul. He was so kind and loving to our cats! Paul was really good at communicating & kept us updated the entire way. He got there fast & kept my boys safe & we are so appreciative!

Paul did an excellent job transferring my mother in laws dog from AZ to OHIO. Great communication and videos along the way! Sasha misses him already!
