Paul was FAR BETER THAN excellent with my two big dogs!!!. One 90 lbs the other 60lbs. On time pick up in FL, dropped ahead of schedule in CT. Dogs arrived happy and calm. I would rate the experience 12 out of 10. Thank you very much to Paul.

Paul transported my dog and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly loving, informative, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He treated my dog like he was his own — with so much care, patience, attention, and genuine kindness. Paul kept me updated, communicated clearly, and made sure my dog was safe, comfortable, and well cared for every step of the way. You can tell he truly loves animals and takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable to transport your pet, I highly recommend Paul. I’m beyond grateful for the care he gave my doggy and would absolutely use his services again!

Paul literally saved us. We relocated from South Africa to Arkansas and because of the international conflict, no flights were available to ship our dog and cat to the US through Atlanta (closest CDC facility to Arkansas). We had to re-route them through LA but no pet shippers would transport further than Arizona from LA. One of the large pet shippers suggested we try CitizenShipper and thank goodness we did! Paul accepted our job and we couldn’t have been more thankful. His communication is excellent - he will keep you up to date via texts and calls every few hours during their transport and sends photos and videos. Our international pet shippers failed to provide our pets with food but Paul stopped and got food and even litter for the cat. Then when he realized we were living out of a hotel for a few weeks, he generously gave us the rest of the food and litter! Paul - we really thought we were out of options and we can’t thank you enough for transporting our pets safely and reuniting our family.

Paul was very professional, very easy to communicate with, and fairly priced. He is very down to earth and realistic and will not try and take advantage in any way. I will not use anyone else to transport my pets in the future if I can help it.

Paul was fantastic. He was a great communicator, flexible, and Lani was a happy girl when she arrived. He was also very patient with our good hearted but hand full of a pup. Very thankful for him!

Paul was terrific and really helped us to feel completely comfortable moving our family pet from Oregon to Massachusetts. We of course like any pet owner had concerns about handing off our beloved dog to someone who would be ferrying the pet a few thousand miles in a few days. Paul was terrific. He answered all our questions throughout the process and assured us that he was the right person for the job. We were delighted with his communication and the updates (including pictures) he sent throughout the journey. Our dog arrived safely, in great shape and we were beyond thrilled that we entrusted Paul with our pet. Only hope he got to see the Bruins in Boston at the end of the trip to the East Coast. :-)
