After such a long and stressful journey, knowing Archie was in such capable hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. Very satisfied, Ryan was the first man that Tony has ever loved. He spent more time loving on Ryan when his own Daddy was around. They spent an hour with us after they brought the animals back. They were such lovely people that we will use them again in December. I’m not sure how to request the same people again as this will be the first time we have loved the transporters. We had so much in common with them. Even my cat adored Kathryn, she was rubbing up against her and purring. If it wasn’t on video, I’m not sure I would have believed it. You know they are lovely people when the animals adore the transporters.

Mixing Console

Hired this team to pickup, pack and delivery a large recording console from Miami to Maryland. Took a little back and forth to make the pickup happen since I guess there was a prior pickup that went a little longer than hoped and pushed back our pickup time by several hours. After they were finally on location they were able to hire some extra help and get the almost 400lb board down from the second floor, packed up nicely with padded blankets and plastic wrapping, and loaded in. They got up here to Maryland the next day and helped haul it in and set it up. It was a quick and smooth process considering how big and heavy this item was. So my review is this. If youre looking for someone that will give you an exact time and show up as promised, this crew will probably be a little later than expected. But if you want someone who will answer the phone every time you call to check in on the status, keep you posted, and are the nicest people ever, then these are your guys! Thanks again Hailee and team! Really appreciated the speed, quality of work and constant communication throughout this shipment! Thanks again!!

Our experience with Tina started off really well.  She was super sweet and was very thorough with the questions she asked about our dog, and with all of the other great reviews, I felt confident that our dog was in great hands.   While Tina made sure to communicate about how our dog was doing along the way, which was great, I didn't know where along the route they were unless I asked.  I only received one photo over the 3 day journey.   The initial arrival time we were quoted was between 10 pm and 12 am.  Along the way, Tina let us know there was a delay, and the new arrival time would be closer to 2 am.  No problem, I understand these things happen, especially when handling multiple animals.  At 2:45, I received a text that they were about an hour away.  Ultimately my dog wasn't delivered to me until 4:30 am. When she arrived, my dog seemed off.  Whenever I don't see her for multiple days, my dog barks at me like crazy and starts jumping up and down and kissing my face.  She barely even wagged her tail as she was handed to me.  She seemed like she was really out of it.  This was not her first time making a cross-country trip, so this behavior was quite out of character for her. The next thing I noticed was that my dog absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke.  It was such a heavy odor that even after being outside several times and after hours of being back home, I can still smell her while she's sitting several feet away from me.  Since Tina advertises transport in a non-smoking vehicle, this was especially shocking for me. She also has some unknown substance stuck to the fur between her paw pads and throughout her tail. I genuinely have no idea what it is. It is also advertised that they stop every 2 - 4 hours for bathroom breaks and care, but Tina let me know that my dog really needed to go because she hadn't been out since 10 pm. When she got inside, she was extremely thirsty.  She drank an entire bowl of water without stopping. So I am guessing she did not have enough.
