Paul was the BEST!! We were nervous using a transporter for a 1,200 mile journey with a 9 week old puppy, but Paul put us at ease from the start. From the get-go we knew Paul was the one based on his attention to detail - we specifically noticed and admired that he personally responded to each and every review that was left. Throughout the entire process Paul was communicative, transparent, and understanding. He sent consistent updates, shared his location, and even checked in with us post-delivery to ensure our puppy was settling in nicely. If we ever need a transporter in the future, Paul is now our guy!

Was god send Tammy was completely relaxed with him. He sent regular updates with pic and vidoe. Would definitely recommend him for any of your pet transporter needs.

Wow! I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Paul. He communicates efficiently, clearly, prompt...Showed up at my house exactly when he said he would and gave me PUPdates the whole way. I would happily use him again! Paul with Very Important Pet Transport did an amazing job transporting our standard poodle from Colorado back home. Paul made the whole experience easy. Paul was amazing. My dog can be very difficult, but he quickly became friends with him and because of the added effort, the trip was so much easier. Very communicative and did extra things for my dog that he did not have to. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough.

When we were looking for a service for our family member’s pets we didn’t know any transportation companies that could do this. When we put in our request Paul reached out to us and from the get go was informative and great to work with. Payment was simple and secure. He arrived exactly when he said he would, provided exceptional communication along the way along with pictures of the cats, and arrived right on time. He really cares about the animals he transports and only goes on single pet runs which was extra peace of mind for us. We would pick him for any pet transportation needs.
