Chris is the guy you want to drive your pup long distances. Not only is he extremely efficient and professional, but he’s also an obvious dog lover who quickly bonded with my pup on their coast-to-coast trip from DC to LA. I don’t think you’ll find a better experience anywhere, from the live stream to the regular status updates, not to mention the wonderful professional photos—Pupcation is unmatched. Look no further.

Chris was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t be happier with how smooth the entire process went. Chris transported our new 3 month old kitten, Silk, from Maryland to Connecticut on a solo ride. He was professional, dependable, calm and considerate. We felt we could trust him right away. We were so nervous using a transporter for the first time, trusting a stranger with our new kitten made me really anxious, but Chris’ transparency was very reassuring. He gave us multiple updates, live video monitoring, tracking, and even beautiful professional photo updates of Silk through a password protected website, plus a complimentary photo gallery of all the images he shot during their trip! We knew Silk was safe and well cared for, and that peace of mind was absolutely worth it. On top of all that, his pricing was excellent and he was punctual, quick to respond and reliable throughout. He asked questions about our kitten ahead of pickup and even made accommodations for Silk to have the most comfortable ride possible with a spacious cat playpen that had an attached litter box tent and toys, it was an amazing travel setup, and he made the drive in excellent time! Our breeder met him at pickup and she was so impressed with him, the travel setup and his tracking technology that she’ll now be recommending him for her other families too. This was our first experience with a pet transporter service and it really couldn’t have gone any better. We’ll definitely use Chris again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to everyone we can! What a wonderful experience this was for my dog! He was extremely comfortable with Chris. My older dog had no stress at all from CA to TX. We could see where they were the whole time and Chris was good at keeping us updated throughout the whole trip. Chris took a ton of amazing photos that we will cherish for a life time. Absolutely exceptional in every way. Communication was consistent throughout the process, and the planning was seamless. Rhona bonded with Chris immediately, and he created a fast, safe, and enjoyable experience for her (as well as for all of us watching the journey online, thanks to the intelligent and user-friendly technology Chris provides). Chris was exceptional during this whole process. He took excellent care of my dog and my kitten during the cross country trip. His professionalism and experience working with K9s was valued. He provided updates often and even some road trip photos along the way! My mind was at easy knowing my animas were in great hands. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Pupcation did an amazing job transporting my dog on a 17-hour drive. Pickup was right on time, and Chris, the driver was extremely knowledgeable about dogs—especially large breeds, which was important since my dog is over 100 pounds. The service was 1-on-1, which was very important to us as this prevented a stressful journey for our dog. Chris was professional, kind, and trustworthy, and I felt completely safe putting my dog in his care. Throughout the trip, we received regular updates and photos, which we truly appreciated. We look forward to receiving photos from a complimentary photo shoot of our dog. I can’t say enough great things about the service we received. Truly exemplary and greatly, greatly appreciated.

We are so thrilled that we hired Chris (Pupcation LLC) to do a white glove pick up and delivery of our cat, "Little Baby", half way across the country. From the day we hired him through pick up, in transportation and after delivery his service went above and beyond our wildest expectations. He made an effort to involve us prior to pick up with all pertinent questions being asked and answered in both directions. He was timely in his pick up, made arrangements for Little Baby to be totally comfortable in his vehicle, and had many options to keep us informed of where he was at any moment on the trip and let us view, Little Baby should we desire. He made stops every two hours to give our cat a chance to relieve and eat. Contacted the end party where he was and when he would get there. LITERALLY FOLKS this was beyond white glove if that is possible. I do know that 5 stars is not nearly enough to express how we feel this entire transaction went. THANK YOU CHRIS!!
