Olha Pet Transport provides professional long-distance interstate ground transportation for pets throughout the United States. Services are available for puppies, adult dogs, cats, senior pets, large breeds, and animals requiring additional patience, monitoring, or special handling during travel. I am USDA/APHIS registered, insured for pet transportation, background checked, and Pet Safety Trained. Proof of applicable registration, insurance, and credentials is available upon reasonable request. All transports are handled with attention to animal safety, cleanliness, communication, route planning, and responsible care. Animals are not treated as cargo. Each pet is handled as a living companion requiring proper supervision, humane care, and safe transportation from pickup to delivery. Authorized Transport Partners🐕🐕 When necessary, transportation may be performed by me personally or with the assistance of authorized, trusted, long-term transport partners. Any partner involved in transportation must meet professional animal-transport standards, be properly screened, experienced, insured, and carry required documentation and USDA/APHIS credentials when applicable. I remain involved in the coordination of the transport and require the same standards of care, communication, cleanliness, safety, and responsibility from any authorized partner assisting with pickup, transportation, care, or delivery. Vehicle and Care Standards🐾🐾 The transport vehicle is prepared for professional pet transportation and may include secure travel crates/carriers, leashes, bowls, fresh water, blankets, potty pads, cleaning supplies, disinfecting supplies, and other necessary items for long-distance travel. Before transport, I review the pet’s routine, feeding schedule, temperament, medical or special needs, care instructions, pickup information, delivery information, and any required documents provided by the client/owner/responsible party. During transport, reasonable updates are provided when safely possible. Updates may include photos, videos, pet condition reports, GPS location, AirTag tracking when available and appropriate, and estimated timing updates. Driver safety and animal safety remain the priority at all times. Transport Agreement👌🐩 Every booked transport is governed by a written Transport Agreement. The agreement identifies the client/owner/responsible party, authorized pickup contact, authorized delivery contact, pet information, route, care instructions, payment terms, and the start and end points of ground transportation responsibility. Pickup and delivery contacts may be listed for logistics only. They are not parties to the agreement unless they also sign as a client/owner/responsible party. The client/owner/responsible party is responsible for providing accurate information, required documents, safe access to the animal, correct pickup and delivery contacts, care instructions, and timely payment according to the agreement. Transport Options🐾🐾 Standard service is shared-route transportation unless VIP/private transportation is specifically discussed, priced, and agreed to in writing. Shared-route transportation means animals from more than one customer or family may travel in the same vehicle in the same general direction, while maintaining reasonable separation, sanitation, monitoring, care, and safety. Shared-route transportation is not a direct, nonstop, or single-customer trip. Route and schedule adjustments may be required for pickups, deliveries, pet-care stops, cleaning, feeding, watering, rest, fuel, traffic, weather, road conditions, safety, and animal-care needs. VIP/private transportation means the animal or animals of one customer or one family travel without unrelated customer bookings in the vehicle. VIP/private service is available only when specifically agreed to in writing and priced separately before pickup. Before Booking🐩🐕‍🦺 Please confirm pickup dates, delivery dates, locations, availability, route requirements, and any special instructions before booking. For airport, cargo facility, airline, or pet travel service handoffs, the client must provide the exact handoff location, airline or cargo information, flight details, receiving contact, required check-in time, and all required veterinary or travel documents in advance. If someone other than the owner will release or receive the animal, the client must provide that person’s full name, phone number, address, and authorization. Payment Terms🐾🚘 Payment terms are stated in the written Transport Agreement for each transport. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve transportation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and before release of the animal, unless another written payment arrangement has been approved. Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, cash, or another method stated in the Transport Agreement. Installment payments are not a standard payment option. In limited situations, an installment arrangement may be considered as a written courtesy accommodation. Any installment plan must be approved in writing and must clearly state the total amount owed, amount already paid, remaining balance, installment amounts, due dates, payment method, and whether the animal may be released before full payment is completed. If payment is delayed, missed, reversed, disputed, charged back, or not successfully received, release of the animal may be delayed to the extent permitted by law while humane care continues. Reasonable additional expenses caused by delayed payment, waiting, holding, feeding, housing, route adjustment, return visit, or additional care may be charged to the party responsible for payment. Any platform booking fees or service fees, if applicable, are separate from my transportation fee and are charged by the platform. Timing, Delays, and Safety🚘 Pickup and delivery dates and times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed time is agreed to in writing. Weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, construction, mechanical issues, tire problems, vehicle safety concerns, law enforcement, checkpoints, illness, fatigue, rest needs, animal-care needs, route changes, or other unexpected events may affect transport times, dates, and routes. Safety always comes first. I may stop, rest, delay, reroute, or adjust the schedule when necessary for the safety and welfare of the animal, transporter, vehicle, or other persons. Responsibility My responsibility is limited to the ground transportation portion only. Responsibility begins when I physically receive the animal from the authorized pickup contact and ends once the animal is safely handed over to the authorized receiving person, owner, airport contact, cargo facility, airline contact, or pet travel service listed in the written agreement. This profile provides a general service overview. The written Transport Agreement controls the specific terms of each booked transport. If you need your pet transported anywhere in the United States, PLEASE USE THIS FAMILY’S SERVICE! I can’t describe what a good experience I had with them; bringing my dog from the Midwest, all the way to the East Coast. . She kept me informed every step of the way, sent pictures, videos and kept me up-to-date with everything going on. My dog was happy at every part of the journey, and I can tell that he was well taken care of. This experience could not have gone any better. Olha did an amazing job transporting my dog from Miami to Raleigh.
