If you need your pet transported anywhere in the United States, PLEASE USE THIS FAMILY’S SERVICE! I can’t describe what a good experience I had with them; bringing my dog from the Midwest, all the way to the East Coast. . She kept me informed every step of the way, sent pictures, videos and kept me up-to-date with everything going on. My dog was happy at every part of the journey, and I can tell that he was well taken care of. This experience could not have gone any better. If I could give them a 10.0 rating, I would give them a 10.0. Thank you Olha for doing such a great job!

Olha was incredible - she was prompt and very professional and delivered 3 Scottish terriers for us from Elko NV to Lincoln CA in one day. She sent pictures of the pups at rest stops and we could see the dogs in route and knew where they were in real time.
