About

PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE BOOKING Please contact me before confirming your booking so we can discuss availability, dates, route, transportation options, and your pet’s individual needs. This helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures that the trip is the right fit for everyone. ABOUT ME Hello, my name is Olga. I provide safe, personalized pet transportation throughout the United States. I have more than 30 years of hands-on experience with dogs, along with extensive experience caring for animals of different breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and temperaments. I intentionally keep my transports small so that every pet receives the attention and care they deserve. Your pet is a passenger in my care — never just cargo. ANXIOUS & STRESSED PETS Travel can be stressful for animals. They do not understand why they are leaving home, where they are going, or why the people they know and trust are suddenly not with them. I pay special attention to anxious, fearful, shy, and emotionally sensitive dogs. I never rush or pressure a frightened animal. I give them time, space, patience, reassurance, and the opportunity to adjust at their own pace. My goal is not only to transport your pet safely, but also to make an unfamiliar journey as calm and comfortable as possible. WHAT YOUR PET CAN EXPECT Clean, climate-controlled vehicle. Fresh water throughout the trip. Feeding according to your instructions. Regular potty, exercise, and care stops. Individual attention. Photos and updates during safe stops. GPS or AirTag tracking when available. Door-to-door transportation. Pets are never left unattended. For safety, I do not take photos, send messages, or make calls while driving. I provide updates only when I am safely stopped. I do not drive through the night. On longer trips, I stop in a safe location to rest and remain with the animals. VIP / PRIVATE TRANSPORT VIP transportation means that your pet, or pets from the same family, travel privately without unrelated animals. The trip is planned around your pet’s comfort and routine, with greater flexibility for feeding, walks, rest stops, pickup, and delivery. Special requests or additional needs can be discussed before the trip. SHARED TRANSPORT Shared transportation may also be available for a small number of compatible pets traveling in the same direction. I do not operate high-volume transports. Keeping the number of animals limited allows me to provide proper care and individual attention to every pet. MY TRUSTED PARTNER I work with ONE trusted, experienced pet-transport partner. I do not use a network of outside drivers. If my partner is located closer to your pickup area and the route is a better fit for her, I may offer the option of having her complete the transport. In that case, she handles the entire trip from pickup to delivery. Your pet is never passed from one unknown driver to another. You will always know in advance who will be transporting your pet. BEFORE THE TRIP Please provide complete and honest information about your pet’s temperament, feeding routine, medications or medical needs, travel anxiety, special habits or requirements, behavior around people and other animals, and any history of aggression or biting. This information helps me prepare properly and provide the safest and most comfortable transportation possible. Dogs may travel without a crate when it is safe and appropriate. A crate can be used when requested or when necessary. Cats must travel in a secure carrier. PAYMENT No deposit or advance payment is required. Payment is due only after your pet has been safely delivered and can be made using the payment method most convenient for you. TRAVEL TIME Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, road closures, construction, unexpected delays, and the animals’ individual needs can affect travel time. SAFETY ALWAYS COMES BEFORE RUSHING TO MEET AN EXACT ARRIVAL TIME. If your pet requires urgent veterinary attention during transport, I will contact you whenever reasonably possible and seek appropriate veterinary care if necessary. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS USDA/APHIS Registered. Insured. Background Checked. Pet Safety Trained. MY APPROACH I treat every animal as an individual, not simply another booking. Safe transportation. Individual care. Clear communication. Minimum stress. Thank you for trusting me with your furry family member.

I cannot thank Olha enough for helping us bring our beloved fur baby home! Transporting a pet can be so nerve-wracking, but from start to finish, they handled everything with absolute professionalism, care, and clear communication. I trully appreciate her amazing compassion to us(my dog and me), I got stucked 5days in the airport waiting for the documents of my doga ro be redone, He never hesitate to help me the moment I metioned to her that I am badly in need of dog shipper for my 2 fur babies; She never said no to me even she knew how far she have to travel my pets (from Los angeles to South Dakota) , I am aware that it's not an easy travel. But she made it possible! They kept us updated every step of the way, making sure our baby was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. It meant the world to us knowing our pet was in such loving and capable hands. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and truly caring pet transport service, look no further. We are so grateful to have our fur baby safely back in our arms! Highly recommended! ❤️🐶 May the Lord bless you thousand folds Olha!!!
