I have been providing professional animal care and transport services for approximately 10 years. Animals are truly my passion, and every pet I transport is treated with patience, attentiveness, and respect. My goal is always to make their journey calm, safe, and as positive as possible. Fresh water is always provided throughout the trip. Owners are responsible for providing their pet’s food, medications, and any special dietary items needed for travel. I communicate consistently during transport and provide photo updates so you can feel connected and reassured along the way. I have experience working with senior pets, nervous travelers, and animals that may be cautious with strangers. If your pet has any behavioral concerns or special needs, please don’t hesitate to share — I am comfortable adjusting to what they need to ensure a smooth experience. My personal pets do not travel during client transports. The photos on my profile reflect my experience and connection with animals. ⸻ Regarding Pricing & Transport Policies I operate on a flat-rate transport fee based on mileage, route logistics, timing, and whether the trip is shared or private. The booking platform adds its own separate service fee, which is independent of my flat transport rate and is not paid to me. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure your scheduled transport date. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Per USDA transport compliance requirements, the full invoice must be paid prior to departure. Ground transport quotes are based on shared routes with a small, carefully coordinated group of pets traveling along the same path. Private (solo) ground transport is available at a higher flat rate. Air Transport: Flights are always solo transports. Pets must weigh 20 lbs or less including the carrier to travel in-cabin. Pets over 20 lbs may travel via cargo at the owner’s request and are subject to airline breed and safety restrictions. Jessica was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time using a service like this, so we were naturally nervous—but she answered every question promptly and patiently and put us at ease right from the start. She drove my senior dog from California to Rhode Island and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was very communicative and sent lots of photos and updates along the way, which I really appreciated. Her car was spacious, and my dog was comfortable in a large crate. I will definitely use her again if the need arises and highly recommend her to anyone needing pet transport!.

I'm a nervous Nelly Mom, but was so totally soothed and satisfied with Mama J's Ride-a-long. Upon meeting Jessica, I felt relieved, just sensing that she would take care of my precious cat. She sent me 4 pictures of my baby on the 13 hour drive, assuring me that Allie was comfortable and as happy as possible. Upon delivery, I got another note confirming success. If you are looking for someone to love and care for your pet on its journey, as if it were her own, look no further. Jessica was responsive, responsible, and above all, super caring! Can't go wrong with Jessica!!!
