I have been providing professional animal care and transport services for approximately 10 years. Animals are truly my passion, and every pet I transport is treated with patience, attentiveness, and respect. My goal is always to make their journey calm, safe, and as positive as possible. Fresh water is always provided throughout the trip. Owners are responsible for providing their pet’s food, medications, and any special dietary items needed for travel. I communicate consistently during transport and provide photo updates so you can feel connected and reassured along the way. I have experience working with senior pets, nervous travelers, and animals that may be cautious with strangers. If your pet has any behavioral concerns or special needs, please don’t hesitate to share — I am comfortable adjusting to what they need to ensure a smooth experience. My personal pets do not travel during client transports. The photos on my profile reflect my experience and connection with animals. ⸻ Regarding Pricing & Transport Policies I operate on a flat-rate transport fee based on mileage, route logistics, timing, and whether the trip is shared or private. The booking platform adds its own separate service fee, which is independent of my flat transport rate and is not paid to me. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure your scheduled transport date. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Per USDA transport compliance requirements, the full invoice must be paid prior to departure. Ground transport quotes are based on shared routes with a small, carefully coordinated group of pets traveling along the same path. Private (solo) ground transport is available at a higher flat rate. Air Transport: Flights are always solo transports. Pets must weigh 20 lbs or less including the carrier to travel in-cabin. Pets over 20 lbs may travel via cargo at the owner’s request and are subject to airline breed and safety restrictions. Great experience on a long-distance relocation from NJ to CA. Kept us updated on our baby every day with photos, and had no problem with her special medication needs either. Believe me, I was nervous because this was the first time our doggo was doing a car trip with someone who wasn't mom or dad, but Jessica totally put me at ease through every step of the way!

She gets a 5 stars from me! I live in Salem Oregon, I purchased a cat in San Jose California. I couldn’t make the flight to pick up the kitten and I found CitizenShipper and read the reviews about Jessicia they were right. She picked up kitten on schedule and drove him to my front door on schedule. She sent me updates and pictures on her trip here. I would definitely recommend her!

Jessica did an excellent job transporting my two huskies. Kept me up to date everyday with how they were doing and shared pics of them at play during stops. Very caring and empathetic which is a big plus for someone watching part of your family. If i ever need a transport again, I know who to reach out to. .

If I needed another transport, I would want Jessica to do it. She was responsive to questions up front. During the transport, I was given updates and photos. And she arrived when she said she would and gave updates on her travels along the way. She is very professional and my kitty was cared for well!
