Jessica was amazing. She was very responsive and caring with my dog. She sent regular updates, she arrived earlier than expected, and did everything she said she would. I felt that my dog was safe in her care and when he arrived and I could see how sweet he was with her, I knew she was the perfect person to handle my dog in his first ever cross country trip. We needed to transport our mom’s dog from her home in Southern CA all the way up to MA with very little notice. Jessica made an extremely stressful situation feel manageable. Lots of updates and pictures along the way. Picked up right on time and delivered our pup exactly when we were expecting. Highly recommend

Jessica was beyond Amazing! From the moment she picked up our dog until she arrived we were informed. Jessica provided an " extra touch" of love. To both our dog and to the members of our family who were all nervous about this FIRST travel adventure. She had multiple play and potty breaks and continual contact with us. All will be in good hands with Jessica.

Outstanding!! Jessica brought out my sister’s cats to me after she passed unexpectedly. I needed them at my home within 3 days and Jessica was able to fly them out very quickly. The cats did great! Jessica did a fantastic job with the cats and communication was A+. I highly recommend her.

We sent our 70lb lovable pittie with Jessica from San Francisco to Chicago to help with our move. At first, we were a bit hesitant to use citizen shipper/do a pet transfer but from the start, Jessica made us feel confident about our decision. She was extremely responsive, reassuring and friendly! We could clearly tell she treated Finley like her own on this roadtrip. She gave multiple daily updates and couldn't have been more fantastic. Would highly recommend her if you're in need of a pet transfer! 11/10!!!
