Snowball did a great job bringing our new bunny to us! He arranged the pick up and sent a picture as soon as he was on his way. He sent another picture a few hours later and kept us up to date about when he would arrive. Our baby bunny did just fine and we are so appreciative of him bringing her over 500 miles! What a great truly great experience for my family. Much better than I ever could have expected. This was a long trip on the road for our dog - from California to Connecticut over a multi-day period. Snowball was SO communicative with many photos, doggie updates and location updates each day. He arrived to pick up our dog exactly when he said he was and dropped her off exactly when he said he would. I would recommend him to anybody and would 100% request him if we ever needed to do something like this again. And we are tough customers! Thank you Snowball!
