All you do is sit back and relax until your driver shows up for pickup at your door at agreed time. (As mentioned, manual gps location and picture updates will be provided along the trip). Please note that citizenshipper.com system doesn't allow contact exchange until booking happened. Once booked, I'll send text my zelle/venmo account for the shipper send deposit in. Important: please don't confuse my deposit with the booking fees charged by the citizenshipper.com. - In case of failure to deliver due to driver negligence, except adverse weather conditions and/or acts of God situations, deposit will be refunded immediately. - Remaining bl of the fare should be settled immidiately upon delivery of the shipment. Cash is preferred for final payment. (shipment will be withheld from delivery until final payment is complete)

What a great truly great experience for my family. Much better than I ever could have expected. This was a long trip on the road for our dog - from California to Connecticut over a multi-day period. Snowball was SO communicative with many photos, doggie updates and location updates each day. He arrived to pick up our dog exactly when he said he was and dropped her off exactly when he said he would. I would recommend him to anybody and would 100% request him if we ever needed to do something like this again. And we are tough customers! Thank you Snowball!
