Will admit, me and my mom were skeptical(well she was and it made me paranoid) but once Madigan & Jeff arrived they made sure to let me know my dog was in good hands. Took a little longer than expected (but they did make sure to constantly update me on them stopping for him to walk and use the restroom which i appreciate, love, and respect and I’m sure which is why it take a little longer ). Great communication along the way to my pups new destination. Once they got to my mom’s house with the pup she called me smiling so i know they took good care of my boy. Would use them again and would most definitely reccomend to ANYBODY. Very reasonable pricing for a great service book them you won’t regret it

Helped me calm down and trust the process when using a service like this for the first time with my baby cockatoo. Twas perfect, my bird was well fed and calm upon arrival. She had plenty of room in the carrier Jessica provided and was also supplied many treats! I was very nervous to send my cat with someone I didn’t know but Osman was wonderful. He was so kind and caring. He really thought about how my cat would feel and left a blanket with her to make sure she was comfortable. He kept us updated and communicated the whole time. It pains me to leave this review because Lorin was a nice man. But it needs to be said that he took my pup to a dog beach park without permission later finding out he wasn’t fully vaccinated. While the sentiment was nice, my dog arrived with every parasite known to man. Not to mention the fact he and his wife tried to bypass the citizenship service fee and tried to contact me through the information they found on been verified outside of the app. I found that to be unprofessional of them to call someone in my family trying to get in touch with me outside of the app. He later told me how much money he saved us after forgetting we paid the service fee…. On his drive to CA from Austin he called asking for early payment or partial because he had a flat tire on his way. My husband and I sent him $200 extra dollars to fix his tire because he said he had no money to repair it himself. Lastly, he video’d me without consent when we picked up the pup which was not appreciated. Again, nice dude, got the pup to me on time but couldn’t help but feel swindled out of $200 extra dollars. We planned to tip him anyway but no where near $200.00. After leaving the vet this morning having to pay even more money for a sick pup I felt it necessary to leave this review. He was a very kind man and took good care of our pup I just wished he hadn’t taken him to the beach/dog park costing us even more money outside the cost to repair his tire...

I recently used this service to transport my dog from TN to CA. Overall, the experience was positive. Brianna was very kind and clearly cared about his well-being, which made me feel much more comfortable. My dog arrived safely and looked like he had a great time on the journey. I appreciated that pictures and updates were sent whenever I asked, which helped ease my mind along the way. Communication could have been a little more consistent overall, but knowing my dog was well cared for and delivered safely makes me glad I chose this service. My car has been delivered from CA to AZ. Although it was challenging to schedule the pick up with pre-agreed upon terms (timing, place, and timeline of transportation/delivery, they ultimately pulled through and got it done. I got an enclosed truck without additional charge and the driver was very profesional with good communication before pick up and around drop off. I had to cancel other shipping companies because they could not get it together. Cierta ultimately pulled through with an enclosed truck upgrade at no extra cost. Thank you

We were very apprehensive about using Citizen Shipper at first, but then we got a bid from Bill, and after carefully reading his reviews I could tell we had found the right person for the job. He was beyond responsive and made us feel at ease. I touched base the night before to ensure all the documents I needed from the breeder were included. On the morning of pickup he texted me to let me know our precious Ben had been picked up. He sent us a picture, and halfway through the two-hour drive he sent a location update so we knew where he was on the last leg of the trip.
