I am located in Los Angeles, CA. As a small business, I am ALWAYS the person who will be doing the transport. I don't outsource my bookings to different drivers as many companies do, so owners always know exactly who their fur babies with and can contact me directly anytime and not through a 3rd person in the "office" who doesn't really know how your pet is doing during the transport. I choose quality pet transport over quantity! I specialize in SOLO VIP transport or shared rides with 2 - 4 orders at a time. Please understand and be aware that CitizenShipper is not a standard bidding/auction site. Sevice you will get from higher bidders is not the same as you will get if you pick a lowest quote. Most of the times - the lower the bid means that the more caged animals are traveling (10-15 pets is being an average) with delivery time frames up to 2 weeks. They are carried at the back of cargo vans or U-haul tracks and get very little care and attention just because there are so many of them for 1 or even if there are 2 drivers. I love animals so much and I can't imagine sending my beloved pet traveling in mentioned above conditions. I enjoy traveling and nature photography is my hobby and I have background in film industry as a film/video editor. I have an extensive cross country driving experiences and I enjoy helping others. I am also a Maine Coon cat breeder and I worked as a dog trainer during my teenage ages😊. Dogs LOVE me:) 🔆 I joined Citizen Shipper in May 2022 and did a wonderful job transporting fur babies ever since. I hope you’ll give me an opportunity to work with you, I guarantee an excellent job and peace of mind. 🔆 I offer live location tracking through Life360 app. 🔆 Updates and photos will be sent throughout travel days. 🔆 Potty/play breaks every 3-5 hours on the road. 🔆 I promise to love your four-legged babies as my own. 🔆 I only transport a few pets at once taking really good care of them. For me this is a great responsibility to transport your family member. You can be assured that your pet will be in truly caring hands. Your pet will not be cargo, but my companion. I prefer not to crate dogs unless it's an owner's request but they are separated by seat belts and metal dog barriers within a vehicle and each have their own nicely made private comfortable section in the car. I believe that being in crate is too stressful for most dogs and i like them be my travel buddies, not just cargo, enjoy the trip, be as comfortable as possible and have a window to look at 😊 If you prefer your dog travel in a crate, I will provide one or you can send your own if needed. 🔆 I am USDA certified and Fully insured through PetCare insurance 🔆 If you are looking for a Solo Ride please let me know, I offer private rides for $1-1.25 per mile. 🔆 I am also offering PET + VEHICLE transportation service for those who also need to relocate their car across the country. Your pet(s) will be privately driven in Your vehicle directly to the destination. 🔆 I Do Not require a deposit and collect my full payment upon delivery. The only fee you will need to pay at the time of booking is the Citizen Shipper service fee which goes directly to them and is separate from the transporter's quote. If your listing was chosen by CS to participate in Secure Payments Program, then they will place a hold on a whole amount when you book and will send me .my payment after I complete the job. 🔆 I prefer Zelle, Venmo or cash as a payment method. 🔆 Please NO checks, travelers checks, or money orders. 🔆 Tips are Always Appreciated but not required! ✈️ I also offer FLIGHT NANNY services. Your loved ones will be transported in the cabin in a comfortable airline approved carrier. A Health Certificate from a veterinarian issued within 10 days of the flight is required for Air Travel. You will need to meet me at the airport to pick up your pet if we are traveling by air.

Natalia IS fantastic!! She transported our 10 yr old Pit and 16 year old cat from coast to coast pretty much. Our pup has separation anxiety normally but was on a happy road trip. We got pics every day of her and she was loving it. Natalia picked them up on time, dropped them off as planned and took care of them as if they were her own. We had a very erratic (constantly changing) plan do to rhe process of getour home ready for sale. We actually cancelled the trip due to those issues, but were to eventually work through them. Natalia was vey patient. No pressure from her or the other services we inquired with. We also had to deal with the loss of one of our dogs very unexpectedly. Natalia came exactly when stated and followed the plan to a tee. She found a way to fit two of our giant dog crates. Our cays are pretty easy going and so are two of the three dogs which are Mastiffs. One of them, a puppy is severely fearful and only responds to the other dogs. Natalia was able to recognize the issue and deal with it. I was initially concerned that she wouldn’t be able to handle them, but that proved to be untrue. She was great with them. I would highly recommend her.

This was my first time using a pet transport service. I was definitely very nervous, but Natalia did such a great job! She was very communicative from the very beginning. She was on time and even delivered Leo faster than I thought. It was pretty seamless from the beginning to the end. Would definitely recommend her service.

Natalia was amazing! I booked 3 months out and during that time she was super responsive and answered all my questions. She was super accurate with her ETAs which was super helpful. Pictures were sent everyday. My dogs adapted to her super quick and the transport went great, and one of my dogs take time to trust so that says a lot about her way with dogs. This whole experience was super easy and worry free. Natalia made it the easiest part of moving across the country.

I hadn’t seen my dog in a very long time, and I missed her so much. I was really nervous because it was my first time using this app, and my dog shakes a lot and gets anxious, but Natalia brought her to me with so much love and treated her with great care and kindness.
