Bill was fabulous. He kept us informed through out the 1000 mile trip from Portland Maine to Charlotte, NC with our two dogs - 22 pound Cavapoo and 97 pound Sheepadoodle. Bill was personable, caring and responsible. We would use Bill again! Highly recommend.

Bill’s transit provided very good service: helpful and prompt at pickup , sent pictures and gps tracking during the transport as well as text messages detailing how our cats were doing. Highly recommend him and he made it to the other side of the trip early

We were very apprehensive about using Citizen Shipper at first, but then we got a bid from Bill, and after carefully reading his reviews I could tell we had found the right person for the job. He was beyond responsive and made us feel at ease. I touched base the night before to ensure all the documents I needed from the breeder were included. On the morning of pickup he texted me to let me know our precious Ben had been picked up. He sent us a picture, and halfway through the two-hour drive he sent a location update so we knew where he was on the last leg of the trip.
