I can’t say enough great things about Bill. This was a contentious divorce custody handover of my two labs, so the pickup date moved several times. Bill was very understanding and accommodating. His flexibility and excellent communications were very appreciated as it was during the busy holiday season. Once he was able to get my girls, he sent me a link to a map so I could watch their progress and sent me photos and updates throughout the very long drive. My ex had tossed out the girls harnesses, but Bill had some on hand so he could walk them safely. My girls arrived safe, sound and happy, they had a great time with Bill. He is professional, prepared, he really cares about the pets he transports, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Bill to great care of my German Shephard, Beam. He drove from Boston to Pittsburgh in a single day and sent me lots of pictures of the journey. Great communication.

Bill was fabulous. He kept us informed through out the 1000 mile trip from Portland Maine to Charlotte, NC with our two dogs - 22 pound Cavapoo and 97 pound Sheepadoodle. Bill was personable, caring and responsible. We would use Bill again! Highly recommend.

I haven't travel with my tortoise before, but thanks to this service, more specifically thanks to Bill's Transit, I was able to do it stress free. Not only was my tortoise handled with the utmost care, but I also got quick replies to any questions and updates on his his travels. It also was a super quick trip, which helped both the stresses of myself and the pet. I will be utilizing this same service in the future and highly recommend to anyone feeling hesitant because your worries will melt away!!

Bill’s transit provided very good service: helpful and prompt at pickup , sent pictures and gps tracking during the transport as well as text messages detailing how our cats were doing. Highly recommend him and he made it to the other side of the trip early
