Based in Houston, TX, we're always on the move, traveling coast to coast about every two weeks, traveling 25-30 days a month. Home is on the road for Jeff, our driver, while I run all the business operations - so he can focus on the road and the pet passengers. With nearly 7 years of experience in private sector transporting for breeders, trainers, socialites, celebrities, military personnel, rescues, shelters, adopted pets, and police K9s, we're excited to bring our reliable and trustworthy services to CitizenShipper. We have policies, procedures, and contingency plans for all situations. Our drivers are skilled at navigating roads and weather, optimizing our routes. We provide plenty of walks, potty breaks, and clean cages throughout the day/night. If our driver is in an area with a pet-friendly hotel, all pets go in the hotel room with the driver. The drivers sleep with the pet passengers if they sleep at a rest stop or Travel Center. We've invested in a Cargo Van to ensure the comfort and safety of our pet passengers, providing each pet with ample space. Bridging the Miles was so awesome to work with. They most carefully delivered our 10 week old puppy to us 1300 miles! She was so happy and well cared for when we received her. Couldn't have been any happier! If you're having doubts and unsure of who is trustworthy, please go with them! They comforted me every step of the way. My little doggy made it safe and sound and around the time they provided me. My dog was picked up directly from the breeder and came straight to me. I would most certainty book with them again and again!

So grateful for Donna and her driver Jeff for transporting my grand pup Dakota from Massachusetts to my daughter in Texas. We had been trying to figure out how to get her down there for a while now. I didn’t feel safe driving by myself and we didn’t want to fly her.
