Based in Houston, TX, we're always on the move, traveling coast to coast about every two weeks, traveling 25-30 days a month. Home is on the road for Jeff, our driver, while I run all the business operations - so he can focus on the road and the pet passengers. You may wonder, "How come your transport number is not as high as other transporters on this site?" GREAT question! It is because 95% of our customers come to us directly and not through a pay site. We have completed over 4,500 transports and have over 2,000+ 5-star reviews throughout our online presence. With nearly 7 years of experience in private sector transporting for breeders, trainers, socialites, celebrities, military personnel, rescues, shelters, adopted pets, and police K9s, we're excited to bring our reliable and trustworthy services to CitizenShipper. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on upholding the highest standards and adhering to USDA Rules and Regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets. We have policies, procedures, and contingency plans for all situations. Our drivers are skilled at navigating roads and weather, optimizing our routes. We provide plenty of walks, potty breaks, and clean cages throughout the day/night. If our driver is in an area with a pet-friendly hotel, all pets go in the hotel room with the driver. The drivers sleep with the pet passengers if they sleep at a rest stop or Travel Center. We've invested in a Cargo Van to ensure the comfort and safety of our pet passengers, providing each pet with ample space. At BridgingtheMiles4U, we aim to offer fair, reliable service you can trust. NO! ✅ Extra collars, leashes, and harnesses of all sizes on board What we and the USDA require for transport: ✅ Up-to-date shot records ✅ Health Travel Certificate from Vet - USDA APHIS 7001 Form ✅ Must be 8 weeks old at the time of Transport ✅ Vet medication instructions if medicine is required during travel How the process goes: ✅ After accepting the bid - we will reach out to you via text/call (your preference) ✅ We will discuss your pet passenger(s) needs, personality, food, etc. ✅ A text/email will be sent with the transport contract to electronically sign ✅ Shot Records and Vet issued Certificate of Health (APHIS 7001 Form) ✅ A 50% deposit is made, with the final payment due upon delivery (The deposit ensures your route is locked in with our driver) ✅ We accept all major credit cards, CashApp, Zelle and Venmo, and Cash accepted at drop-off The whole process is very quick and easy. I really appreciate Donna, Jeff and Madigan! They updated me daily with photos of my pup Atlas and updated on where they were in the country. He arrived happy and in a great mood. The team was super flexible and informative regarding pick up/drop off times. I was a little anxious doing this as i’ve never transported him before but this was a really great process, and I think easier on the dog than flying.

Donna and Jeff were amazing! They were consistently keeping me updated from booking through dropping off my 3 wonderful dogs! They transported my Great Dane, Mastiff, and Dalmatian easily, comfortably, and safely! I will for sure be using them again, and I’d highly recommend anybody in need of pet transportation to use their services! I cannot recommend Bridging the Miles, LLC enough!! Donna and Jeff were wonderful from the first conversation to drop off. They were kind, quick to respond, answered all of our questions and gave frequent updates throughout our dogs’ week-long trip. Jeff sent several updates and pictures of the dogs each day, and Donna was extremely responsive any time I reached out. They took great care of our dogs, and we are so happy to have had the pleasure of working with this company.

Bridging the Miles was so awesome to work with. They most carefully delivered our 10 week old puppy to us 1300 miles! She was so happy and well cared for when we received her. Donna and Jeff are a dream-team. Constant communication and pictures showing how she was doing throughout. Very positive experience--will use again if ever needed and highly recommended!
