Hi there! I'm Donna Willis (Owner). We are howlingly happy to introduce BridgingtheMiles4U. Based in Houston, TX, we're always on the move, traveling coast to coast every 2 weeks, 25-30 days a month. Home is on the road for Jeff, our driver, while I run all the business operations - so he can focus on the road and the pet passengers. We have completed over 4,500 transports and received over 2,000 5-star reviews across our online presence. As a family-run business, we take pride in upholding the highest standards and adhering to USDA Rules and Regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets. We have policies, procedures, and contingency plans for all situations. Our driver is skilled at navigating road and weather conditions, optimizing our routes for safety and timeliness. We provide plenty of walks, potty breaks, and clean cages throughout the day/night. If our driver is in an area with a pet-friendly hotel, all pets stay in the hotel room with the driver. The driver sleeps with the pet passengers if they sleep at a rest stop or Travel Center. We've invested in a Cargo Van to ensure the comfort and safety of our pet passengers, providing each pet with ample space. NO! ✅ Extra collars, leashes, and harnesses of all sizes on board What we and the USDA require for transport: ✅ Up-to-date shot records ✅ Health Travel Certificate from Vet - USDA APHIS 7001 Form ✅ Must be 8 weeks old at the time of Transport ✅ Vet medication instructions if medicine is required during travel How the process goes: ✅ After accepting the bid, we will reach out to you via text/call (your preference) ✅ We will discuss your pet passenger(s) needs, personality, food, etc. ✅ A text/email will be sent with the transport contract to sign electronically ✅ Shot Records and Vet-issued Certificate of Health (APHIS 7001 Form) ✅ A 50% deposit is made, with the final payment due upon delivery (The deposit ensures your route is locked in with our driver) ✅ We accept all major credit cards, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash is accepted at drop-off The whole process is swift and easy. Vehicle Information: Brand New - 2025 Ford Transit 250 Tall/Extended Cargo Van, NEWLY RE-Customized Build Out, with stand-alone battery backup AC/Heater Unit for total climate control at all times. Sanitized every morning and between each transport. Emergency supplies are always on board. Serviced at every service mile interval. ******IMPORTANT: Citizenshipper is a pay site that charges customers a fee per mile for using it to find a transporter. We do not receive any part of their fee that will be shown at check-out. It is separate from our fee. Our driver carries a Million-Dollar Pet Care Insurance policy, and Citizenshipper offers $1,000 of coverage with your site fee for Free, so you are fully covered.****

Oh my goodness Donna and Jeff are amazing! Thank you guys so much for safely transporting Max from Texas to New Jersey. We got updates all along the way and they’re a friendliest people. ☺️ They really make you feel safe and comfortable with the whole transport. I wholeheartedly recommend bridging the miles if you need to transport your fur baby.

I can highly recommend Jeff and Donna with Bridging the Miles. Donna was quick to respond to my messages when I was looking for a pet transporter and while scheduling the pickup and during the transport from Maryland to California. Jeff arrived on schedule for pickup and dropoff, and he took lots of photos of my kitty along the way so I could see that he was being well taken care of, and he let me know when he was an hour away so I could get ready to bring my kitty into his new apartment. Selecting a pet transporter and waiting for one's pet to arrive can be stressful, but Donna and Jeff made me feel at ease and confident that I had selected the best company.

I really appreciate Donna, Jeff and Madigan! They updated me daily with photos of my pup Atlas and updated on where they were in the country. He arrived happy and in a great mood. The team was super flexible and informative regarding pick up/drop off times. I was a little anxious doing this as i’ve never transported him before but this was a really great process, and I think easier on the dog than flying.

Donna and Jeff were amazing! They were consistently keeping me updated from booking through dropping off my 3 wonderful dogs! They transported my Great Dane, Mastiff, and Dalmatian easily, comfortably, and safely! I will for sure be using them again, and I’d highly recommend anybody in need of pet transportation to use their services! I cannot recommend Bridging the Miles, LLC enough!! Donna and Jeff were wonderful from the first conversation to drop off. They were kind, quick to respond, answered all of our questions and gave frequent updates throughout our dogs’ week-long trip. Jeff sent several updates and pictures of the dogs each day, and Donna was extremely responsive any time I reached out. They took great care of our dogs, and we are so happy to have had the pleasure of working with this company.
