Extremely satisfied, I can recommend him to anyone that needs a loved one "couriered"!! Thank you Jason, really appreciate the service offered.

Nothing Short of Amazing! This was our first experience transporting a pet such a long distance, and with our pup having a history of respiratory issues, we were extremely cautious about who we entrusted with his care. Putting our pup’s life in someone else’s hands was not an easy decision, but Jason made us feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Throughout the entire trip, Jason provided pictures, live tracking, and text updates along his route, giving us peace of mind knowing our pup was safe and well cared for. He even arrived earlier than expected! What we anticipated being an incredibly stressful and nerve-racking experience turned out to be smooth, simple, and surprisingly reassuring, all thanks to Jason’s professionalism, communication, and genuine care. If we ever find ourselves needing to transport one of our pups again, we wouldn’t think twice about booking with Jason. We wouldn’t look anywhere else! Thank you again, Jason, for making such an important and emotional experience so pleasant. We truly appreciate everything you did and couldn’t recommend you enough!

GREAT!!! Amazing service.

Thank you so much for delivering our precious dog to us, great service. Would definitely recommend, thanks Jason

I hired this transporter to bring my dogs from North Carolina to Katy, Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The delivery was amazingly fast, punctual, and responsible from start to finish. My dogs arrived in excellent condition and completely stress-free, which was my biggest concern. The crates in the transport setup are super spacious, safe, and comfortable. You can really tell they care about the animals in their charge. I 100% recommend them on CitizenShipper and would definitely hire them aga

Jason was the best , got on the app and Jason responded fast and to my dog to me within 2 days and it was a trip from Texas to North Carolina.

Everything was great, the only point for improvement is a better coordination at the pick up from JFK airport. We had a connection flight and there was a misunderstanding regarding the time schedule. Gladly, everything was resolved. The dog got a great care, and was transported to us very quickly, which is appreciated, especially after a long trans-Atlantic journey. Thank you!

Transport went smoothly. Driver was accomodating and kind to my dog. He stayed in communication. The driver made an emotional experience easier.

Jason was amazing to work with. Great competitive pricing and communication. He knows what he is doing and it shows. This took a LOT of stress off of us. I would recommend his services and use him again. If you are comparing, save your self some time and just go with Scooby-Doo!

Jason drove our puppy Jules from Dallas to Gibson Island and was wonderful to work with. He was warm, communicative, and kept us updated throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re so grateful for the care he showed Jules and would absolutely recommend him.
