Dear Valued Customer, Welcome to TeeRexDelivery. My name is Barbara Marino, and I am committed to providing your pets with safe, transparent, and high-quality transport services. About TeeRexDeliveryI prioritize low overhead to offer competitive pricing without compromising on care. I am a USDA Class T registered transporter (Certificate No. 67-T-0066, renewal currently in progress) and maintain full coverage insurance with a clean driving record. During transport, I provide regular updates via photos, videos, and ETAs. You can also track our progress in real-time using the Life360 app. Please note: On occasion, I delegate routes to vetted, background-checked colleagues. I will inform you during our discussion if a partner will be handling your delivery. Pet Care and Safety - Requirements: Per USDA regulations, all pets must be at least 8 weeks old. You must provide vaccination and health records from a veterinarian. - Environment: Pets travel in secured, USDA-approved hard plastic crates within a climate-controlled vehicle. I provide fresh water 24/7 and follow your specific feeding and medication schedules. - Comfort: I provide frequent breaks and use pet-friendly hotels or KOA sites for overnight travel. All surfaces are meticulously sanitized between transports. Payments and Fees - Options: I accept CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo (2% fee applies). Personal checks are not accepted. - Structure: While advance payment is preferred, I may offer a flexible plan consisting of a 20% deposit at booking, 50% at pickup, and the remainder at delivery. - Cancellations: Deposits are refunded if I cancel. If you cancel, the deposit and any payments made are non-refundable. Additionally, cancellations within 72 hours of pickup incur a fee ranging from $100 to $200. - CitizenShipper Fee: Please be aware that the booking fee charged by the platform is separate from my quote. Barbara was amazing! So happy I chose her to transfer my baby from DC to Chicago (80 lb pibble who has some car anxiety) - she was kind, communicative, flexible, reliable and loving towards my boy. I paid for a direct/no other pet transport because my boy has some dog reactivity and wanted the trip to be shorter given his anxiety. Perfect experience and highly recommend her!

Barbara delivered all she contracted for on our day of choice! She said she had experience with birds which she proved in her interactions with our cockatoo, Sunny. Sunny arrived healthy and ready to resume her cage in her new home. Thank you, Barbara!!
