4K Animal Transport

If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. Samantha and her husband did an absolutely incredible job transporting our puppy from Iowa to Norfolk, Virginia. From the very beginning, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and love. They kept us constantly updated throughout the entire trip — sending photos, videos, sharing their live location, and letting us know how our puppy was doing every step of the way: how she was eating, drinking, sleeping, peeing, and pooping. Knowing all these details gave us so much peace of mind. What was especially important for us is that our puppy never touched the ground during transport. She was always with them, safely in the car, and never transported with any other animals. This level of attention and responsibility truly means everything, especially for a young puppy who must be kept safe and healthy. Everything was done perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they transport — this is not just a job for them, it’s a calling. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend Samantha and her husband highly enough. This was an outstanding, flawless experience, and we would trust them again without hesitation. Thank you so, so much for taking such wonderful care of our puppy. 🐾❤️

4k Animal Transport was amazing! She was a blessing right when we thought all was lost! Without her my son would have had to surrender the dog and the dog would have been destroyed. He thought he woukd be able to fly the dog home and she swooped in and was able to arrive in a moments notice at the airport to rescue the dog and drive the dog half way across the country when every single airline turned the dog away the week before Christmas! She was a true blessing and a gift from God in a real jam and went above and beyond the call of duty! The world needs more people like this woman! <3 Her kindness brought me to tears more than once and I will forever be in her debt for the joy she brought my son this Christmas.

Kept me appraised of the arrival time and welfare of the hound plus pictures. This was my first time using a pet "shipping" service, so I was skeptical at first, but I would definitely recommend.

I will absolutely be using 4k animal transport many times in the future. Samantha was responsive, sincere and overall fantastic to work with! She made me feel as though I could trust her from the very beginning and through the whole transport. Highly recommend her with your fur baby!

Samantha was great! I was very nervous about transporting my senior dog across the country, but she was very communicative throughout his transport. I cannot recommend her services enough.

The 4k team of Samantha Kelly and her husband Kevin were as Professional and compassionate as anyone would want for their pet. They took to our Sammy right away and he to them. I never had to worry about comforting or understanding his needs, they absolutely got it, knew what to do and responded with appropriate care. They drove him to his destination in under 48hours straight through and linked us with their travels so we would know how close they were getting. Much appreciation.

4k Animal Transport did an outstanding job with my cats. I received updates several times a day, including pictures. They provided clean spacious kennels with litter boxes and food and water bowls. Very happy with their service. Won't hesitate to use them again.

I am beyond thrilled to have found 4K Animal transport. I acquired a dog that was in Oklahoma and needed to be transported to Virginia. The dog was extremely timid, but by the time they got here with him, they were his new best friends. They truly love your animal. They texted me several times during the trip to let me know how he was doing which was comforting.To say that I wouldn’t hesitate using them again is an understatement. You will not find better.

I couldn’t be more pleased with 4 K. Samantha and Kevin were perfect. They drove 2400 miles in 2/12 days, and sent pictures and commentary several times a day to let me know that my 14 year old Aussie was doing fine. I knew from the minute I met them that Jagger would have a good trip and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them!
