Routes, rest stops, weather, and travel times are planned with your pet’s well-being in mind. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💰 TRANSPARENT PRICING & BOOKING I believe communication should be clear from the beginning! 🐾 Domestic Trips: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. 🌎 International or Out-of-Country Trips: Payment in full is required upfront, subject to the agreed arrangements. 💳 Payment Options & Processing Fees • Zelle — no additional payment-processing fee • Apple Pay — no additional payment-processing fee, where supported • Square invoice — 3.3% processing fee • Cash App — 3% fee • Afterpay — available for eligible transactions; 6% fee Please confirm the applicable payment method and fee before paying. 📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • More than 48 hours before the scheduled trip: 50% refund OR reschedule to another available future date. • Within 48 hours of the scheduled trip: Deposit/payment is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule to another available future date. Requirements depend on your pet, their behavior, size, safety needs, and applicable transport regulations. Appropriate securement is essential for every passenger. ❤️ What if my pet experiences travel anxiety? Please tell me about any anxiety or previous travel difficulties. Discuss medication with your veterinarian before the trip; never give medication without appropriate veterinary guidance. 🚶 How often do you stop? Comfort and potty breaks are generally scheduled every 2–3 hours, adjusted to the individual pet and conditions. 🚙 How long does transportation take? Many trips take approximately 1–4 days, with longer trips potentially requiring up to 5 days or more. Distance, weather, road conditions, and rest requirements affect the schedule. ❄️ Do you transport year-round? I consider trips throughout the year, but weather and road safety determine whether a route can proceed as planned. Diamonds In Transport transported our Great Dane from Florida to Washington with no issues. They were professional, easy to communicate with and quick! This service is top shelf. My 3 dogs were well cared for (frequent stops for potty and play) and came to me in better shape than when they left -happy and fell in love with driver Taylor! Taylor is professional, funny and very serious about taking good care of the furry babies. Also, very fast from Arizona to Chicago -surprised me in a good way. I would highly recommend this service for any transport you need for your pets. This service is hands down THE BEST. I definitely use them again! Thanks Taylor ,. I really appreciate you!
