Double-check your selections at checkout to avoid unexpected fees! 🛑 ### Key FAQs: 1. Do you require crates? - I do not require crates for non-aggressive dogs. If your dog is not friendly, they would need to ride in a crate. If you prefer your pet to ride in a crate, please let me know in advance. 📦 2. Do you recommend we get something from the vet for anxiety? - Yes! 🐕 Some dogs handle travel beautifully, while others may benefit from anxiety medication. It’s always better to send something for anxiety and not need it than to not send it when your dog could benefit from it. 3. How does this all work? - After booking, I’ll send you a form to collect the necessary pickup and drop-off details. I provide photos upon pickup 📸 and at least 5 updates a day, but exact times cannot be guaranteed. I stop every 2-4 hours for bathroom breaks, walking, and water, ensuring pets are not let out during extreme weather conditions. 🌡️ 4. How do you transport in crates? - I follow the feeding schedule provided by the owner, and a water bowl is attached to the crate door. For cats, a litter box is placed at the back of the crate and cleaned twice a day. 🐱 5. Can I provide my own crate? - Yes, if you have a plastic crate, you can provide it; just inform me ahead of time. I cannot transport pets in metal crates due to USDA regulations. ⚙️ 6. How long will this take? - Unless there are extreme weather delays 🌨️, all trips are completed within 5 calendar days, typically averaging 2-4 days. 7. Do you transport aggressive pets? - Yes, if pets are aggressive towards people, they must remain in their crates for the entire trip. Food and water are given through the crate, and pictures are taken from the outside of the crate. If they're good with people but not other animals, they will be in their crates while the vehicle is in motion but can be let out at stops. 🐾 8. When will you be able to give me a timeframe for pickup/drop-off? - I’ll have the most accurate timeframe (2-hour window) the day before pickup & delivery, but this is not guaranteed if uncontrollable circumstances arise. ⏳ 9. Do you drive in the snow? - Yes, I do. ❄️ I try to avoid it when possible, but since I operate year-round, it can be unavoidable. I appreciate your patience and understanding with any delays or changes in schedule, as safety is always my #1 priority. 10. What information is needed from me? - I need a copy of the shot records 📄, any pickup/delivery addresses and phone numbers 📞, and any medical conditions (failure to disclose releases me from all liability). --- Thank you for learning about my services! Taylor was amazing from start to finish! She kept us informed on our new puppy and provided top tier care throughout the entire journey. She was super communicative , kept me in the loop with photos/gps and helped us out so much with her flexibility and timing. She even got our pup a blanket and toy! The care and love she has for all furry friends is beyond anything we could have asked for with our new puppies long journey to us. Thank you so much Taylor!! Taylor is such a blessing to those of us who love our fur babies. My cocker spaniel took to her immediately and was calm on the 1200 mile ride. Taylor shared her location with me at all times and sent pictures so I could see how Maggie was doing. I can’t rate her high enough!!!! I will definitely contract with Taylor on the trip back home…. She’s a blessing !

Taylor is absolutely amazing! She is so caring and did so much extra to make sure my cats felt safe and cared for on their long journey. One of my cats was hiding and she took a lot of time to find her. She kept in contact with me the whole time. I was not worried at all about my cats during their trip, because I knew Taylor was taking such great care of them. I’m so glad that I hired her and would absolutely use her again. She is wonderful!

I can't say enough about Taylor and how easy she was to communicate with and work with. This was my first time using Citizen Shipper and I had originally booked a five star rated driver who let me down at the last minute. From my first communication with Taylor I felt she would be easy to work with. I had 1 dog going to North Carolina and 2 to New York. Dates and times needed to suit everyone and it wasn't straight forward. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate were fantastic, and she kept in constant touch the whole way. Thank you Taylor, and I really encourage everyone not to be put off by her being new on this site!!!!!

Taylor, or “Saint Taylor,” as I called her, is such a kind “human”. When I met her, I was not ready with my animal in a crate, that day I was simply too busy with moving into another place, to have any chance to get my cat ready for the long transportation journey. Within minutes of meeting me, Taylor was on her knees helping me locate my cat (who was hiding behind a huge motorcycle) With an easy smile, and a lot of patience, Taylor helped me catch my scary cat, and accommodated everything in her vehicle so that my cat would be confortable on a long ride from Utah to Florida. In addition Taylor is so nice, that,, within hours I was receiving pictures of my scary cat making friends with Taylor. My cat is distrustful , nervous, silly cat, and was completely “chill”with her new friend. Taylor communicated with me throughout the journey, even as she had to take a huge detour from the planed route. Due to an unexpected spring winter snow storm, she was forced to take back roads. I was not only amazed at her patience with my cat, I was so pleased to be her new “friend”. I would wholeheartedly recommend giving “Diamond's In Transit” a chance. Not only will your precious pet be well cared for, you will have a great peace of mind of having a great adult helping you through a major change in your life. Thank you Taylor!
