This service is top shelf. My 3 dogs were well cared for (frequent stops for potty and play) and came to me in better shape than when they left -happy and fell in love with driver Taylor! Taylor is professional, funny and very serious about taking good care of the furry babies. Also, very fast from Arizona to Chicago -surprised me in a good way. She was super communicative , kept me in the loop with photos/gps and helped us out so much with her flexibility and timing. She even got our pup a blanket and toy! Taylor is such a blessing to those of us who love our fur babies. My cocker spaniel took to her immediately and was calm on the 1200 mile ride. Taylor shared her location with me at all times and sent pictures so I could see how Maggie was doing. I can’t rate her high enough!!!! I will definitely contract with Taylor on the trip back home…. She’s a blessing !

Taylor is absolutely amazing! She is so caring and did so much extra to make sure my cats felt safe and cared for on their long journey. One of my cats was hiding and she took a lot of time to find her. She kept in contact with me the whole time. I was not worried at all about my cats during their trip, because I knew Taylor was taking such great care of them. I’m so glad that I hired her and would absolutely use her again. She is wonderful!

I can't say enough about Taylor and how easy she was to communicate with and work with. This was my first time using Citizen Shipper and I had originally booked a five star rated driver who let me down at the last minute. From my first communication with Taylor I felt she would be easy to work with. I had 1 dog going to North Carolina and 2 to New York. Dates and times needed to suit everyone and it wasn't straight forward. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate were fantastic, and she kept in constant touch the whole way.
