I requested this service and was confirmed on a date when pick up would be, I spent 1000 flying to Michigan to make sure all my items were gathered. I flew up Monday and I was told they would be there in the evening. I had to even question if they were still coming. The communication was off the entire service. I had to fly back home that Thursday and each day they had a new excuse. Finally, Thursday they picked up my items as contracted I said 20-30 large boxes and some furniture pieces. Several boxes were left behind. They blamed it on the “gentlemen” who was there since I could not be. I am not sure the real story but when notified I called the company right away and they said they were already 50 miles out. That they would pick it up the following week. They also said that the items would be delivered the next day (which I thought was questionable) I heard nothing at all the whole day. The following day I had to go to work and I get a call they are at my house. I had to get somebody to go to the house. As I spoke to Michael, this service had lack of communication and have not received any information on picking the rest of my stuff. As half of the amount has been paid. I refuse to pay the next half until my stuff is picked up!

She definitely was not a scam. I can’t say much about other people on this app but I can say that Kay is an amazing driver, friendly, very timely and never had any issues. My dog Charlie’s adventure was different than a lot of people’s probably will be. I was rehoming him after I was fostering to a permanent home. He traveled with another dog and a rabbit all the way from California to east coast. In an emergency situation whereby an ex-wife fell, had to rehabilitate over the foreseeable future, and could no longer handle her service dog, one can become desperate. This was our situation. Somehow, we were able to find a very friendly pet motel. This bought us enough time to find Bubbies Transport through Citizen Shipper. This service dog is a very special dog trained to detect diabetic anomalies. We couldn’t trust just anyone, but Citizen Shipper had reviews and statistics of their partners, and this is how we found Bubbies. We needed them to meet a family friend at her house to pick up all of his supplies, then drive across town to pick up our Buddy at the pet motel for transport to my brothers home. We could not have found a more professional group. We had to supply multiple addresses and coordinate multiple timetables, and Bubbies pulled it off without a hitch. What was most amazing was that we were in constant contact via GPS. What could have been a very agonizing moment ended up being fun, as my ex was also following from the hospital. Thank you Bubbies, I highly recommend you for the most valuable of cargo.
