On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent. Tim from Gentel-Pet Transfer was a 100. He was amazing with my new tiny Pomeranian fur baby. He doesn't answer the phone while driving, which is a great safety while driving to keep both him and your precious boundle of joy safe. I would pick him everytime if needed again. Just give him time to poll over and text or answer the phone cause he follows the law and won't put safty at risk. Hes friendly, and goes out the way to make sure your package is delivered perfect. He also will give you up to date progress with pictures throught out the delivery process. When he picked up my fur baby he let me know anything that was concerning or looked like a problem and updated me all the wax with locations and ETA. It lessoned my worry since I had just used the service for the first time he made it very, very stress-free.

Tim was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He transported our 8 week old golden retriever puppy from the breeder in Michigan to our home in Charlotte and was very responsive the entire trip and shared his location with us so we knew exactly where our puppy was. He is very knowledgeable about the needs of dogs and how to reduce stress on them during transport. He was very kind and you can tell her genuinely loves animals and their safety is of utmost importance.

He is by far the best shipper. not only is he super polite and caring, he kept me updated the whole entire trip. He also did his best to help me out. I would totally book him again and I highly recommend him :) I got my beautiful girl same day and much faster then I was expecting from north of Chicago to Cambridge Ohio. He definitely took very good care of her and her cage set up was awesome, she had everything she needed and a comfy bed. He definitely did his best to keep her comfortable for the entire trip
