Her and her team did an amazing job with taking care of my reptiles (turtle & beared dragon) and was very transparent with the entire process, providing photos, constant updates. She did an amazing job.

Tricia is beyond kind and cares about the animals being super safe and comfortable! She helped me get my two pups allllll the way from Honolulu, HI to Negaunee, MI which is not an easy thing to do!! My two pups arrived safely and beyond happy. She took the entire stress of moving them out of my hands and it was the best experience I could’ve ever hoped for!! Definitely will use her again and only her in the future!!

Tricia was an absolute life saver when it came to transporting our large golden retriever from the East Coast to Honolulu! Hawai'i came with its own complications and so did transporting a large dog in general, but Tricia took over the process and made it so easy. She was there every step along the way and saved me so much headache with her advice and quick responses to any and every question. From what size and type of kennel to get, to paperwork questions, she gave me so many answers and suggestions that saved me time, money and stress. She was so easy and wonderful to work with and after picking him up she sent frequent updates! My pup was so happy with her and it was the biggest sense of relief knowing he was in such good hands. It was alap comforting to know that any complications that arose would be taken care of. I would recommend her to any and everyone, the level of care and knowledge she brings to the table is invaluable! I can't even begin to imagine doing this process without her!!!

Tricia could not have been more helpful, from advising me through the entire process of bringing our dogs into Hawaii (FAVN, DAR paperwork, island permits, health certificates) She even arranged for them to have a private vet see them so they could fly direct into Kona. She remained in contact from the beginning of the process, always available for questions and concerns as we made our way though this journey. We felt fully confident entrusting our babies with her, and from the moment she picked them up to the moment they arrived we didn't have to worry one moment knowing they were being so well taken care of.
