Flight: Please understand, I do pay for my own confirmed flights/pet fee charge that the airline charges, I may have an overnight, and also consider I may have to do rideshare or get a rental. All of my expenses are already considered in my offer. My Deposit for Flight transport is 50% due at booking after we speak, and The rest upon pickup or delivery. Hawaiian trips usually at pickup depending on snubnose breeds and extra costs. Of course all costs are discussed and never raised! I make things happen regardless of hiccups with the airlines. Payment arrangement for my offer is worked out between You and I. I accept basically all payment apps or even credit card. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. The only Exceptions to the deposit...Is if I cancel on you (In which I NEVER have) or different circumstances arise. My booking is always good for a year. (this secures the transport and my dates, and I will make this happen for you) The rest will be due upon delivery or pickup (wherever you are located) I will provide you proof of identity and anything you need to make you feel secure about booking with me. If for some odd reason, I end up canceling (which I have NEVER done) the deposit will be fully refundable. If you the shipper ends up canceling you can still use My service up to a year or longer as long as I have sufficient notice I will definitely work with you on that. I would be glad to still help you. Deposits are non-refundable, but good for a year! Trisha was absolutely amazing! We originally hired her to transport just one of our dogs. However, when we arrived at the airport, the airline suddenly placed an embargo and denied my dog from flying with me from Maui to Las Vegas. I called Trisha and without hesitation she stepped in to help. She kindly agreed to take both of my dogs, accommodated the unexpected change, flew them with her, and then personally drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to drop them off directly at our home. Her flexibility, reliability, and genuine care for our dogs meant everything to us during a very stressful situation. I can’t recommend Trisha enough—she truly went above and beyond.

Tricia was great! I had to get a puppy to a new family and was honestly scared to use a shipping company. But she made me feel really good about it, being honest with me, willing to be flexible with me and receiver, she made all this happen in a timely manner and appreciate her for this.
