Tricia was an absolute life saver when it came to transporting our large golden retriever from the East Coast to Honolulu! Hawai'i came with its own complications and so did transporting a large dog in general, but Tricia took over the process and made it so easy. She was there every step along the way and saved me so much headache with her advice and quick responses to any and every question. From what size and type of kennel to get, to paperwork questions, she gave me so many answers and suggestions that saved me time, money and stress. She was so easy and wonderful to work with and after picking him up she sent frequent updates! My pup was so happy with her and it was the biggest sense of relief knowing he was in such good hands. It was alap comforting to know that any complications that arose would be taken care of. I would recommend her to any and everyone, the level of care and knowledge she brings to the table is invaluable! I can't even begin to imagine doing this process without her!!!

Tricia could not have been more helpful, from advising me through the entire process of bringing our dogs into Hawaii (FAVN, DAR paperwork, island permits, health certificates) She even arranged for them to have a private vet see them so they could fly direct into Kona. She remained in contact from the beginning of the process, always available for questions and concerns as we made our way though this journey. We felt fully confident entrusting our babies with her, and from the moment she picked them up to the moment they arrived we didn't have to worry one moment knowing they were being so well taken care of. If you need transport to Hawaii, or anywhere else, Tricia is absolutely 100% who you want.

My wife and I relocated to Az from Fl and this was the first time we needed to transport our little Molly. Tricia was fantastic. From the beginning she was a great communicator. Molly had been very sick before the move and there were changing circumstances. Tricia worked with us and transported Molly to Phoenix without a hitch. I highly recommend her services.

This was by far one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for. For my dog to be cared for by this incredible loving person. She kept me informed the whole way but more importantly, she treated my dog as if he was her own. To be honest I couldn’t tell you the difference as if haven’t known her for years. Crazy process getting your animals from the mainland to Hawaii. So grateful for Tricia's guidance and assistance. Our pups arrived safely. She did a great job with our three pups.

Tricia recently helped transport our corgi puppy from Southern California to Manhattan, NY — and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience.
