Tricia was great! I had to get a puppy to a new family and was honestly scared to use a shipping company. But she made me feel really good about it, being honest with me, willing to be flexible with me and receiver, she made all this happen in a timely manner and appreciate her for this. Tricia is flexible to work with, we have a little fuzzy in the process of getting fly certificate but everything works out fine. The trip to hawaii, the total flights are 3. 3 take off and 3 landing. So make sure your pet is in good health and ready to fly. Overall, I am so happy I my dogs landing safely. I would recommend Tricia if you don’t have time and tight on schedule 👍
