Amazing experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great videos with details on where they were and stayed along the way. She transported our Aussie Doodle and Golden Doodle over 1600 miles and both doggies arrived right on schedule , rested and so happy. All the updates so much appreciated and you could that both dogs being well cared for and loved. Thanks for transporting our pups and we would definitely use you again!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Melisa did an outstanding job transporting our dog, Roofie, from Chicago to Texas. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was extremely communicative throughout the trip, keeping us updated every step of the way and sending multiple videos so we could see how Roofie was doing. Our dog normally doesn’t enjoy traveling, but in every video he looked relaxed, content, and happy, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. I was also genuinely impressed by her vehicle setup. It was incredibly safe, clean, and well-designed for transporting pets; honestly, it was the first time I’d seen a setup like that, and it exceeded my expectations. Overall, the service was exceptional. Melisa clearly cares about the animals she transports and goes above and beyond to ensure both the pets and their owners have a great experience. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again.

What an experience!!! Melissa transported our Duke from Kemmerer WY to San Antonio, TX. I was very afraid to let go and trust someone with Duke. Duke is not a dog; he is a very important and a very much-loved family member. However, Melissa what absolutely amazing! Very patient, professional, caring and very informative. The cream de la cream when it comes to trusting your pet to be transported. Melissa, knowing the importance of Duke for my adult children and I, created a group chad. Every 2 hours she submitted a report, which included pictures and location and additional information about their progress and Duke. Can not say it enough – thank you very much Melissa!!! Not only for the care that you gave Duke but for our piece of mind!!!

She was great! Very communicative and our pup Hank was in great care! he was delviered in the promised time frame and it was so nice to get constant pics and updates! Highly recommend!!

We had no idea what to expect when we decided to have our pet transported through Citizenshipper. Melisa who transported our pet, updated us from the moment of pick up to the moment of delivery. She makes sure our pet was very comfortable in the backseat of her car in a hammock and she diligently sent us video recordings with updates about locations, about our dog having her meals, frolicking in the doggie parks next to where they were staying at and keeping us informed about how our pet was doing overall. This was our pet's first cross country, long distance trip but Melisa made sure Twiggy was well taken care of and had a good time. I would highly recommend Melisa since she makes sure your pet gets one on one care and attention and most importantly, that she truly cares about your pet's well being while on the road and during rest stops. If I could, I would give her a *****10 STAR!*****
