We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Melisa as our pet transporter! From start to finish, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail. We had just welcomed a brand new puppy into our family and specifically chose ground transportation over a flight nanny because we wanted to minimize stress and ensure a calm, safe journey. Melisa exceeded every expectation we had. She treated our puppy with such genuine care and compassion; it was clear this is more than just a job to her. One of the things we appreciated most was how thoughtful and consistent she was with updates. She regularly sent messages and videos throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Being able to actually see our puppy happy, safe, and well cared for meant everything to us. When our puppy arrived, he was relaxed, content, and clearly had been in the best hands. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care Melisa provides. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and truly exceptional to transport your pet, I cannot recommend Melisa highly enough. Melissa was amazing! We had our dog driven from Texas to Washington state. Melissa was so good at keeping us up to date on our dog’s journey the whole way. She was incredibly responsive and really looked out for the welfare of our new pup. We highly recommend her service if you are needing your dog safely transported!

Melisa was so caring with our dog and bearded dragon. She sent regular video updates and gave our pup plenty of opportunities to stretch his legs! I felt informed about every bit of the journey -including where they stayed each night - lovely Airbnb’s with huge yards. I will definitely use her pet transport service again!

Melissa was very helpful when taking care of my feline friend. She kept an open line of communication with me before and after my cat retrieval. Once she picked up my kitty she gave an itinerary of where they would be staying and specific locations. Lastly, she provided frequent videos and messages of the status of my kitty. Melissa was really helpful and ensured the safety of transporting my cat.

Melisa is a wonderful transporter and very conscientious person. She transported my Eli from Ohio to Montana. I receiving pictures and videos twice per day. The SUV was spacious and Eli had the entire seat to lay down in. Eli traveled without being in a cage. I hope to use Melisa again in the future.
