Melissa and Kahu Delivery were perfect. Priced the job fairly, picked up our dog on time, kept us video-informed all along the way and treated Pearl with care and love. Recommend Melissa without reservation.

Melisa was so caring with our dog and bearded dragon. She sent regular video updates and gave our pup plenty of opportunities to stretch his legs! I felt informed about every bit of the journey -including where they stayed each night - lovely Airbnb’s with huge yards. I will definitely use her pet transport service again!

Melisa is a wonderful transporter and very conscientious person. She transported my Eli from Ohio to Montana. I receiving pictures and videos twice per day. The SUV was spacious and Eli had the entire seat to lay down in. Eli traveled without being in a cage. I hope to use Melisa again in the future.

This has been an amazing journey for my pet Blaze. I did not feel comfortable putting him on an airplane by himself when I myself has anxiety with flying. With our recent move, me having to place him in a kennel for over a week, I know he would be skittish having to fly him out. I came across citizenshipper.com and it was the best decision for peace of mind for the both of us. Our driver, Kahu Delivery Service, owned by Melisa was very personable, she was on time, she kept me informed about Blaze’s wellbeing, her travel plans and stops to get to the final destination from Springfield VA to El Paso, TX. She sent me texts and videos continuously, showed each place they roomed for the night. I felt self assured and confident I made the right decision. SHE IS THE BEST AND GIVE HER HIGH PRAISES. Melisa was great! Her communication was excellent in every step of the process of delivering my new puppy from Tuscon to my home in the Los Angeles area. I appreciate the challenges transporting a young puppy during a full day of traveling, but she meant them, and my puppy arrived happy and safe. Melisa is conscientious and professional, and I would highly recommend her.

Melisa was fantastic! She texted us regularly regarding her progress and took videos of our puppy every step of the trip. She showered our puppy with lots of love along the way!
