Melisa was FANTASTIC! Very communicative and friendly with my and my kitties. I got text and video updates multiple times a day so I knew how the kitties were doing! The travel from WA to TN is long but Melisa made it an easy one! 10/10

Kahu delivery was great. She communicated well and gave me updates. She was also very good and understanding with my dog that is people reactive.

Melisa was phenomenal! She drove our Golden Retriever round trip from Houston to Colorado - in the snow and over a mountain pass, and got our Bella there and back in a safe a timely manner. Her car is very well equipped, and she sent regular pictures and videos to keep us aware of her progress and let us know when she would arrive. I have never used this type of service and I was VERY nervous, but Melisa exceeded our expectations and made me feel comfortable instantly. I highly recommend her, and I will use her again without hesitation. She plans all her routes and knows where to stop for doggy breaks, and sends videos when she does. Honestly, she far surpassed what I was expecting. She was reliable, friendly, efficient, compassionate and communicative. If you are having doubts about having your pet transported look no further. I guarantee you will be very pleased with her services.

Melisa had great communication with me and my sister while transporting Shiloh, a puppy, from my sister’s home in Arkansas to my home in CA. She was patient in answering our questions and kept in touch with us via text and video during this journey. She took great care of this puppy who arrived safe and sound and with her tail wagging. It was such a nice surprise when Melisa knocked on my door without calling me so that I would be surprised and also sent me a cute video to capture this moment. She knew that this was a special time for me and my family to meet Shiloh for the first time and hold her. Melisa is a gem! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
