What an experience!!! Melissa transported our Duke from Kemmerer WY to San Antonio, TX. I was very afraid to let go and trust someone with Duke. Duke is not a dog; he is a very important and a very much-loved family member. However, Melissa what absolutely amazing! Very patient, professional, caring and very informative. The cream de la cream when it comes to trusting your pet to be transported. Melissa, knowing the importance of Duke for my adult children and I, created a group chad. Every 2 hours she submitted a report, which included pictures and location and additional information about their progress and Duke. Can not say it enough – thank you very much Melissa!!! Not only for the care that you gave Duke but for our piece of mind!!!

We had no idea what to expect when we decided to have our pet transported through Citizenshipper. Melisa who transported our pet, updated us from the moment of pick up to the moment of delivery. She makes sure our pet was very comfortable in the backseat of her car in a hammock and she diligently sent us video recordings with updates about locations, about our dog having her meals, frolicking in the doggie parks next to where they were staying at and keeping us informed about how our pet was doing overall. This was our pet's first cross country, long distance trip but Melisa made sure Twiggy was well taken care of and had a good time. I would highly recommend Melisa since she makes sure your pet gets one on one care and attention and most importantly, that she truly cares about your pet's well being while on the road and during rest stops. If I could, I would give her a *****10 STAR!*****

Melisa was an awesome petsitter and driver! My cats both require medication (shots for insulin, compounded, and many mixed in food) that she was successfully able to administer the whole 5 day trip. She also drove my personal vehicle for this trip and dealt with my giant cat carriers (each had a cat and litterbox in them.) To coordinate we texted and she sent me her planned trip, itinerary, and additional details. A few slight things changed (from weather) which she immediately communicated. I was personally on a rushed, chaotic schedule that she accommodated and was flexible with. I also received daily videos of the cat’s set ups at each hotel / airbnb they were at. The cats, car, and misc items inside all showed up to my destination in great condition and on time. Highly recommend.

Melisa was such a lovely transporter. She was in contact with me and the lady we got our Afghan Hound from all day. We received video updates and texts from pick-up to our house. It was a long day. We appreciate the extra care Melisa took. You could tell she loves dogs and really bonded with ours. She even sent a music link that our dog relaxed and liked. We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Melisa as our pet transporter! From start to finish, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail. We had just welcomed a brand new puppy into our family and specifically chose ground transportation over a flight nanny because we wanted to minimize stress and ensure a calm, safe journey. Melisa exceeded every expectation we had. She treated our puppy with such genuine care and compassion; it was clear this is more than just a job to her. One of the things we appreciated most was how thoughtful and consistent she was with updates. She regularly sent messages and videos throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Being able to actually see our puppy happy, safe, and well cared for meant everything to us. When our puppy arrived, he was relaxed, content, and clearly had been in the best hands. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care Melisa provides. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and truly exceptional to transport your pet, I cannot recommend Melisa highly enough. Melissa was amazing! We had our dog driven from Texas to Washington state. Melissa was so good at keeping us up to date on our dog’s journey the whole way. She was incredibly responsive and really looked out for the welfare of our new pup. We highly recommend her service if you are needing your dog safely transported!
