Melisa did an amazing job transporting my cat from Nebraska to Oregon. She sent videos and pictures throughout the day and always kept me up to date on how my cat was doing. I'd definitely use Melisa again, and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to have confidence that your pet is well cared for during a trip.

Our experience with Melisa was nothing short of remarkable. She was the first of over 20 transporters who reached out to us, and we ultimately chose her because she responded promptly, addressed all our questions, and offered very reasonable pricing. Now, regarding the service itself: it was exceptional. Melisa's communication and planning were outstanding. She conducted research before her journey to account for weather conditions, dog park stops, bathroom breaks, and meal times. Additionally, she sent us videos every four hours, updating us on how our dogs were doing. Delta and Rebel absolutely adored Melisa. When they got out of the car at home, their joy at seeing her was evident! I felt confident knowing they were being cared for with the love and attention every dog deserves.
