These are some great people. They were on time and underbid everyone but that didnt come with shortcuts. My GSD and Shorkie needed to be transported to LAX from San Antonio. Along the way the dogs got a mini vacation at parks. And the pics were plentiful, along with updates. After they got there some problems arose with my pet relocator and they were asked to take care of them for a couple more days. We’ll back on the vacation they went. Honestly, Luxury Pet did a great job! There was some minor miscommunication in the beginning, but they were quick to accommodate my needs. My 2 pitties were picked up in omaha nebraska, and promptly delivered to Washington state. Anytime I had a question or wanted an update, they were quick to respond and send photos. This was the first time we ever used an animal transport. My experience with Wendy was very positive. We had many offers, but were drawn to her by her initial invitation. Wendy laid out the contract in easy terms. Once the pick up began we had great communication. The people on the other end of the transport texted us to say how kind Wendy was with the animal and how she had made their part of the release go smoothly. When our pet arrived, he was in great shape and we found Wendy to be very friendly and most interested in the welfare of our pet. I would definitely use Wendy again if the situation presents itself.

This was a very disappointing experience. Initially communication was responsive and it seemed if everything would be smooth. Then it began with delay after delay….driver switches back and forth and then a week after the ordinarily quoted time he finally made it. The driver seemed caring and did communicate along the way but the logistics and organization of this company is disappointing and I would not recommend.

We're lucky this is just a 1 star review and not a law suit. The booking, the pick up, and the drop off were all disasters in their own ways. Despite paying the booking fee, the driver double booked for our date. The driver they sent was not great. They tried rushing my dog off when we were still just finishing up our wedding pictures. The absolute worst part and the reason for the 1 star review, when we came home from the wedding we saw that the front door of the house was wide open, my dog still on the leash and outside. We're lucky our girl wasn't lost, injured, or killed.

5* experience!!! Shawn was super communicative from the get-go and very easy to trust and work with. I’d asked for Marlow to not be in a crate and ride on his own bed and Shawn showed up ready for that and Marlow made the trip in a comfortable in-sight space. We received update texts w photos at least a couple times per day and appreciated Shawn taking the time to quietly greet and say goodbye to our pup who clearly felt very comfortable both hopping in the car at the start, and showed zero signs of distress or discomfort at delivery. And bonus! When our moving company was last minute unwilling to ship our wine across country without us signing a no-liability contract, Shawn was super helpful and brought a few boxes out for us. Steven was a wonderful caregiver for Mossy he gave me GPS updates the entire time, took the dogs to play and decompress while traveling over 2K miles. He sent me videos of their adventures and even brought my dogs large bag of things. He was wonderful to work with, I would highly suggest planning 2-3 days buffer as he was delayed due to an emergency with a sick animal- Steven often takes sick animals which sometimes need additional care, Steven is great and I would certainly hire him again!
