The folks at door-to-door became our partners in rehoming an elderly Newfoundland after the death of her owner. They worked hard and got her clear cross country in three days. She seemed in good spirits and good health. I would not hesitate to recommend door-to-door based on our experience.

Our driver Dawn was awesome. She made it across the country (SF to Cape Cod) in a little over 2.5 days! Our cats had rarely travelled in a car before and she made them feel safe and comfortable. I am absolutely blown away at how amazing this whole process was. For some understanding, I live in a remote community not assessable by roads. This was also my first time using citizenshipper. Rachel at Door To Door is the best..... She provided us text messages, pictures, and video of the dogs trip from Anchorage Alaska to Austin Texas. Payment Terms were great and easy, she provided a contract with the agreed upon rate. Everything she did made our family very relaxed about the long trip. I highly recommend her services.

Excellent service. Rachel was very prompt in answering all my questions and concerns as we are first time users of this service. Ivy (40 lb American staffy) was very energetic even after the long ~30 hour ride. Our driver (Richard) took very good care of Ivy through out the ride. Will definitely use them again!

This was my pet’s first time traveling a long distance in a vehicle. Jayna and Kiera made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
