Great experience! Communication from initial outreach to delivery was perfect and very settling. Our little (well - big!) guy is very nervous around strangers but took well to his transporter and settled in nicely. I was so happy to get numerous pictures along the way, truly above and beyond in terms of effort. Highly recommend Door to Door Pet Delivery!!

We had an amazing experience with Rachel Blair for our door-to-door pet delivery! From start to finish, she was incredibly communicative—keeping us updated throughout the entire trip and sending us pictures of our puppy along the way. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how well he was being cared for. He looked happy, relaxed, and clearly in great hands. We knew he would be arriving a day earlier, and we were completely fine with that. Rachel even worked with us so we didn’t have to receive the puppy overnight—she made it possible for us to get him first thing the next morning, which we really appreciated. She was flexible, professional, and kind. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and caring transporter. Thank you, Rachel!

We are beyond happy that we chose Door to Door Pet Delivery for our dog, Sake. After 3 different drivers/companies bailed on us last minute, Rachel found us a driver to come pick her up the next day. The whole process was very professional and I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed or let down. Bill (our driver) was so awesome! As soon as we met him, we knew Sake was going to be in good hands and taken care of. We could see where he was on Life360 and he sent us pictures as well. We would 100% use this company again!
