Each pet is fully insured through Lloyd's London while in our care, giving you peace of mind. 7. Flight Nanny Services ✈️✈️✈️ We would be happy to fly your Pet airport to airport. Domestic or international. This is for small pets (cats or dogs) that fit under the seat in the airplane. We only do confirmed flights.✈️. This means you will know exactly what day and time our flight should arrive. We send picture and text updates along the way. Customers are responsible for making sure their pets fit comfortably in 20”x12”x12” carrier. Our price will include flight, Pet Nanny fee, pet fee, and carrier cost. 8. Simple Booking Process Booking is a breeze through Citizen Shipper (they charge a fee, separate from our costs … this fee does not go to us). After securing your transport, we’ll send you the necessary paperwork to review. After you book on this site (the fee does not go to us) We only request a 25% deposit at booking (balance by drop off), easy payment options via credit or debit. No hidden fees. 9. Experience We have completed over 1000 transports on this platform alone. We have completed thousands more with other platforms, repeats and referrals. 10. Shared Shared means picking up other animals along the way (or out of the way). This adds to the time your pet is on the road. Gus had a great time on his transportation from Philadelphia PA to Houston TX. I received regular updates via photo and video, and he was spoiled for the entire trip - pup cups, treats, and a lot of attention. Would highly recommend this service! They also provide GPS tracking.

Great experience! Communication from initial outreach to delivery was perfect and very settling. Our little (well - big!) guy is very nervous around strangers but took well to his transporter and settled in nicely. I was so happy to get numerous pictures along the way, truly above and beyond in terms of effort. Highly recommend Door to Door Pet Delivery!!

We had an amazing experience with Rachel Blair for our door-to-door pet delivery! From start to finish, she was incredibly communicative—keeping us updated throughout the entire trip and sending us pictures of our puppy along the way. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how well he was being cared for. He looked happy, relaxed, and clearly in great hands. We knew he would be arriving a day earlier, and we were completely fine with that. Rachel even worked with us so we didn’t have to receive the puppy overnight—she made it possible for us to get him first thing the next morning, which we really appreciated. She was flexible, professional, and kind. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and caring transporter. Thank you, Rachel!
