From pickup to delivery know that your pet will receive the best of care from someone who has experience in animal care. I love animals! I treat them with respect and care, as my own. From dogs to cats and exotic animals, I have a lot of experience. Having lived on a farm and then a horse ranch in my teen years, I come to understand and love animals. If you want someone with experience that understands and values your pet, I am here to help take the stress out of your travels for you and your pets. I can promise a caring, reliable and joyful experience with open communication, pictures and updates along the way because your satisfaction, your pets safety and happiness are my top priorities. I want for you to save time and money so please take the time to read the following: I keep open communication all the way from point A to point B. This is so that I can accommodate you and your pets needs and give you a peace of mind. I cannot offer you the best experience for you if you do not express your needs and expectations. You and your pets needs are important to me. I can not negotiate costs, services and preferences if you don't tell me or just give short responses, do not read or reply to messages. You must be clear and state needs and desires for your transport in order to have a good experience for us both. I am an independent business using CitizenShipper to locate potential clients needing transport. Please be advised that CitizenShipper charges a fee in addition to my bid. I transport throughout the whole United States and I have been transporting pets, animals and caring for them for over 7 years now. I transport for pet owners, breeders, rescues and no kill shelters. This is my job, it isn't a hobby to past time, leisure or fun. I take my business very seriously and its for my living. When I am transporting for you it is on your time and dime with respect and responsibility. Each transport is completed quickly and safely as possible. I transport short distances within the city or state also. If you desire a VIP/solo trip, please make it known to me soon as possible. It will cost more than shared transport in order to cover my travel costs. All pets are kept in separated crates and cared for individually when there is shared transport instead of VIP/ solo. I can provide tracking through my phone along with videos and pictures during the whole transport. I also know it's important for your pet to hear your voice for comfort so I am open to you soothing your pet by talking to him/ her. You can feel free to check on your pet 24/7. I understand the separation anxiety between pets and their humans. Dogs that are old enough to touch ground are walked on a leash, fed and watered according to your wishes. I do stop every two hours to check on them to clean crates and make sure your pet is comfortable. Cats are cared for according to your wishes. They are fed and watered according to your wishes.They are not allowed to roam. They are walked in a safe area on a leash. The crates are cleaned as needed during the trip. I bring extra items for comfort and cleanliness. I ask that you provide a bit of their own food, as many pets will experience upset stomachs during transport. It helps keep them calm and avoids accidents. If your pet requires medication please provide a note from your vet, instructions and dosages. FAQ: How long will the trip take? It would be a next day delivery.(24hrs.) If it is over 1000 miles, it would take 1 or 2 days depending on the destination, weather, or some unforseen event. However, you will be informed on any occurrence if any should come up. Like I said, "You and your pet are my priority." Do you send updates? Yes, I am in constant contact, but be aware that there are some places along the way that does not have reception. I want you to have a worry free transport. Do you hold certification? Yes, I am USDA certified for my business. Do you use crates? Yes, I use crates. You can use one that you prefer. However, USDA does not allow the use of full metal crates for safety reasons. How do I pay you? After booking, I will request a deposit. Communication is important. You can make a deposit through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. Feel free to choose an option that works best for you. The remaining is due upon delivery. I can discuss any preferences or arrangements with you if you'd like. Will you give a time frame for pickup or delivery? Yes, it is usually within a 2 hour windows. There are times though that circumstances occur that are beyond my control. If such occurs you will be notified ASAP because you and your transport are my 1st priority. What information is required from me? I require a copy of shot records, health certification signed by your vet. Addresses and numbers of the places that I am to pick up from and to deliver to. We want this to be a smooth transport with no issues. Information about any and all medical conditions. Remember your pets safety and comfort is my 1st priority. Are there any hidden fees or costs? The only cost in addition to my bid would be CitizenShipper for use of their site. I do not impose any additional charges. CitizenShipper collects this fee upon booking.
