Paws Up Express - Flight Nanny

5 Star service!!! Paws Up Express (Ashley & Rachel) made a very unfamiliar situation and experience extremely stress FREE. Excellent communication beforehand, during and after the trip. Constant updates during the day when my pup was flown from San Antonio to Atlanta. Very professional & would 100% recommend and use again. They would be my first phone call!

Ashley was amazing! She picked our pup up, drove him 2 hours to ATL and flew him in her lap to San Antonio for us. I never once wondered where they were or how he was doing. Communication was excellent and I have zero doubt she loved on Samson the entire trip. Couldn’t ask more from a pet nanny.

Ashley was incredible!! My husband and I were coordinating a cross-country move with a million moving parts and I was stressed about the idea of having to handle transport for my 2 cats who have never flown before. We decided to spring for a flight nanny who could transport the cats across the country and bring them to a boarding facility while I handled business in another state for a few days - it was worth every penny!! Ashley kept us in the loop the entire time and guided us through the process. She let me know exactly what was needed from me and handled the rest like a pro. Right before taking one of the cats to the airport, he completely lost it and went full feral demon. We managed to get him in the carrier after 30 mins of wrangling and scratched up arms but we were so worried about how he would do with not only a whole new experience but also with a stranger! Ashley was cool and collected about the whole thing and I'm sure our cat felt that - he seemed to calm down dramatically once we passed him over to her. She went above and beyond in making sure our cats were taken care of and it was so nice to be able to focus on other things knowing that my pets were being cared for. 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for amazing service!!
