Paws Up Express - Flight Nanny

Great communication and felt very safe and confident in transport.

Fantastic communication, flexibility and care. Can't imagine a better experience than with Ashley.

Ashley was AMAZING. She took great care of our kitty, despite several flight delays. Very happy with the whole experience. I would recommend Ashley and Paws Up Express to anyone who needs their pet transported.

Thank you for taking great care of our puppy. We are so grateful that you were able to deliver our dog on short notice! Angel is adjusting to her new home so well.

I was worried about my puppy taking his first flight but Ashley helped ease my nerves with great communication and pictures. My puppy arrived safely and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Ashley was a wonderfully responsive, willing to fly into a tiny airport on short notice. Took amazing care of our new puppy across the country and helped me coordinate with our breeder. Well worth the cost, and so friendly and communicative!

I was extremely satisfied. Ashley was efficient and conscientious throughout, and fully understood how to transport two cats without getting her second seat resold, which was of course needed for the second cat. She sent photos throughout so I never doubted that cats were well cared for.

Ashley was excellent from start to finish. She kept all conversation and pics flowing with us during transport. Our pup made it safe and happy. Thank you Paws up express!!

Ashley was absolutely fantastic to work with and we cannot recommend her enough! From the very start Ashley was responsive, informative and communicative. She even followed up several days later to make sure we were settling in. She kept us involved throughout the whole transfer process with texts and photos. We felt so comfortable and safe entrusting her with our little nugget and now he’s home. Thank you so much, Ashley! We appreciate you so much!

Ashley was fantastic to work with! She was communicative from day one! She shared her flight details asap. We coordinated with my friend who was pet sitting my cat and the process was so seamless. I was nervous having my cat fly for the first time. Ashley was gentle and sweet and my cat snoozed the entire flight. She also kept us updated with the occasional midair text! I would highly recommend working with Paws Up Express for anyone who need help transporting their pets. They’ll have someone who is attentive, kind, and treats your pet like their own.
