They were incredible! Joe kept untouched with me every step of the way he sent me photos of my 9 week old Shih Tzu when he picked her up. I was very impressed Joe flew from Orlando to Texas picked up my puppy waited a few hours for the next flight back to Orlando took my puppy on it then drove her over an hour and a half to me because I was taking care of a sick family member. I would use them anytime I’m in need of a transport for my animals! K.P

Fantastic service! Kristin was great all the way, giving clear instructions before the transport and keeping in communication. They clearly love animals and it showed as they were so gentle and caring during the entire transport. My kitties were delivered happy with minimal stress.
