Kristin and Michael were amazing! So communicative and professional. I knew my kitties were in good hands from the moment I handed them off. Due to issues with my movers Kristin offered to board my 2 kitties until after I got settled. Such an amazing and kind thing to do during such a hectic time. After nearly 2 weeks I picked them up in Houston and they are adapting to their new home well. I highly recommend Gentle Hands Pet Transport. They truly are the best!

Gentle Hands are exactly that! They are a dad and daughter team that are very down to earth and know what they are doing and know the rules of flying. All my questions were answered. They took the time to listen to me and learn about the kitties at drop off and were reassuring that they would be ok and they would send texts letting me know how they were doing. I was apprehensive about having my kitties fly from Ohio to California without me. They both are near and dear to my heart to say the least. My cats were picked up, transported, and delivered to my daughter without a glitch. Kristen and Joe set them up with 360, a tracker, so I always knew where they were and sent pictures along the way! Gentle hands sets up a private TSA check room to help with anxiousness of all the hustle and bustle. Very friendly and caring team. I would highly recommend Gentle Hands to anyone who has an animal they need transported from one place to another!! 10 🌟!!
