Toya is an outstanding transporter. She communicated with me through the entire process from me taking her bid to the delivery of Rocky. When she was stopped, she sent videos on how was Rocky was doing and comforted him as much as possible. She also ensured the kennel was clean throughout the trip. Although Rocky was scared, Toya never pushed him to do anything and it worked out well. I would have Toya transport for me again and cant recommend her enough.

I’d recommend Toyamarie to anyone who is in need for a pet transporter! After plans fell through we had to hire Toya only a couple days in advance, but she was so willing to help us! Our dog Gemma is a shy girl but Toya was very patient & understanding with her. It made having to leave our dog in someone else’s hands so much easier. We not only received multiple text updates a day but also videos!
