Amazing!! My family and I were skeptical at first as we have never used Citizen Shipper, however Patty was super kind and informative. We booked her and she was at our door the next morning in Madison Ga. Next day our puppy made it safely to Wyoming. She kept us updated the entire way, answered our questions and texts, and took great care of our baby. YOU CAN TRUST PATTY!!

It was such an amazing experience working with Patty. She took very good care of our 10 year old dog from Seattle to Columbus, Ohio. Our dog is a little anxious around strangers but Patty was patient and very adept in managing him. Patty kept us posted through updated and pictures and was always available to answer any questions. Thanks a lot Patty! Highly recommend Patty for all your dog moving needs.

I’m sorry this review is coming so late! Patty was amazing to work with from start to finish. This was my first time using any type of service like this and I was unsure of the process but Pattys reviews and background experience reassured me that my sweet Coco would be just fine! She got here earlier than expected, Patty drove from Idaho to California in one day, getting our puppy home that we were so, so excited to meet. We made a day of it and let the kids stay up late so we could all meet her together. Thank you Patty for your excellent service!

Patty is amazing!! recommend 110%. i have a english bulldog who’s extremely nervous around new people and Patty manage to make him feel comfortable and she was so patient and tolerant with him that it was remarkable. definitely will used her again in the future. affordable, communicative and friendly. thank you so so much Patty you are the best.

This is a seriously daunting deal for a lot of us. Was for me anyway… But Patty made it easy. She gave gps location and health updates of our dog daily and communicated really well. Also her cost was extremely reasonable compared to a lot of the folks I communicated with. We would use her again!
