*Please confirm your dates prior to booking* *USDA Registered Transporters* will provide certificate upon booking. We are a mother-daughter team -Linda & Melissa - & we would love the opportunity to help with your transportation needs! We offer a team approach to get your precious cargo to their destination safely and efficiently. We understand that every pet is different in their needs while traveling, and tailor the trip to fit each pets needs. We have 8 years' experience transporting pets from coast to coast, with zero accidents or incidents. Additionally, Melissa has 15 years of medical experience working in a hospital setting. Typically, we drive together, especially on longer trips to ensure a timely arrival & that all pets are well cared for. We do not travel with more than 4 pets at any given time, to ensure that everyone is provided the attention they deserve. We also offer solo trips if preferred. Please reach out and we will tailor a trip to fit your needs We have kennels that will be provided during the trip - you are also welcome to provide your own kennel. We will also provide water, puppy pads, blankets, dishes for the trip, as well as a leash if needed. We have a ramp for pups with mobility issues, but please let us know if your pup needs it, as it is not brought unless it's needed. We do ask that you provide a collar or harness for your dog and food for the trip so there are no tummy troubles. Please let us know how much belongings you plan to send so we can plan accordingly & accommodate. Terms: Citizenshipper does charge a connection fee when you book. That money does not go to the transporter & is in addition to the bid placed. I do not charge fees other than my bid for your transport, except in cases where an excessive amount of belongings is sent. After booking we are allowed to exchange contact info & speak offsite to exchange addresses & details further. My requirements are that half of the transport cost be paid within 48 hours of booking. This amount is non refundable if you cancel the transport with less than one week notice, make changes to the transport that cause it to be cancelled, or if the breeder will not allow pick up when I arrive. The final half is due at time of pick up. Thank you for considering us for your transport needs!

I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Transported my 4-year-old mini aussie, Betsy, from Oregon to Texas. Quick communicators, gave me several updates and photos throughout the trip, respected my preferences and cared for the dog very well. Betsy and I will definitely be recommending them for anyone looking for safe and happy puppy travel.

Melissa was absolutely amazing transporting my dog from Portland to Texas! Moving is already stressful enough, and trusting someone with my dog for such a long trip was a huge deal for me, but Melissa made the entire process so easy. She kept me updated throughout the trip, took great care of him, and I could tell he was completely comfortable with her. My dog is a giant Doberman, so he can definitely be intimidating to some people, but Melissa handled him with confidence and treated him like her own. I’m so grateful I found her and would 100% trust her to transport him again. I can’t recommend Melissa enough!

Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with on this Seattle → Colville run for our customer's American Bulldog, Jango Fett. Top-notch communication from pickup through delivery — she sent us updates throughout the drive, made stops along the way to let Jango stretch, get water, and use the bathroom, and delivered him safely to the family in Colville. Professional, caring, and reliable. We'd absolutely book Pacific Northwest Pet Express again — highly recommend!
