Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with on this Seattle → Colville run for our customer's American Bulldog, Jango Fett. Top-notch communication from pickup through delivery — she sent us updates throughout the drive, made stops along the way to let Jango stretch, get water, and use the bathroom, and delivered him safely to the family in Colville. Professional, caring, and reliable. We'd absolutely book Pacific Northwest Pet Express again — highly recommend!

Melissa was absolutely amazing transporting my dog from Portland to Texas! Moving is already stressful enough, and trusting someone with my dog for such a long trip was a huge deal for me, but Melissa made the entire process so easy. She kept me updated throughout the trip, took great care of him, and I could tell he was completely comfortable with her. My dog is a giant Doberman, so he can definitely be intimidating to some people, but Melissa handled him with confidence and treated him like her own. I’m so grateful I found her and would 100% trust her to transport him again. I can’t recommend Melissa enough!
