Lori and her daughter Kiara were amazing. I adopted Venus from Florida and needed her transported to New Jersey. I text Lori several times and then actually spoke to her. She told me how the whole process works. She put me at ease. Due to weather and traffic it took longer than expected, but Lori kept me up to date several times a day. I felt like i was an expecting grandma. When they finally got there, Venus was so happy. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️

Lori was absolutely amazing! We were so nervous about having someone else drive Luna, and even more nervous if a shared trip would be okay for her. Lori was very upfront about all the details a shared trip consisted of, and sent video and picture updates regularly. Luna did so much better than we expected, and we’re so relieved to have found someone who loved our girl just as much as we do!

Beyond satisfied, it was exceptional service. Lori drove from northern New England to Florida through horrid road conditions; snow, ice and even near Florida she had to deal with heavy rain. Not only did she have to deal with horrible weather, but the people she picked them up from were difficult and the dogs were in rough shape, but she got them to us on time and with a smile. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any pet transport you have
