She provided excellent communication throughout the entire trip, from the time she left her home in VT, picked up my new baby (hedgehog) in NY, and delivery to my home in VT. She sent pictures when she picked her up, and told me when she hit the road again, and arrived exactly when expected. I highly, highly, recommend Underdog Pet Transport!! Lori was my perfect answer to my needs since I can't drive. Great price, very responsible, very friendly and understanding, even when I was wrong about the breeders address.
