excellent service! Lori responded promptly to any questions; she kept me informed at all points in the travel and sent me pictures and texts. The whole process was remarkably easy. And she's a very nice 'animal person' who seems to really care and took great care of the cat she was bringing down to me. Would definitely recommend her.

If you need to transport your furry children I highly recommend Underdog Pet Transport. I had my 2 cats transported from VA to FL. She was very friendly, and punctual. Kept me informed and even sent pictures along the way. I absolutely will use again in the future if I need to transport my pets.

I had a wonderful experience with this pet transport service! They were incredibly caring and attentive throughout the entire journey. They called with updates and sent pictures during the trip, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pet was safe and well cared for. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely love animals. Lori was excellent at communicating- making the arrangements went extremely smoothly as were pickup and drop-off. The friends to who we were sending the dog were absolutely thrilled and pleased that Moby seemed to have done well. I would use them again.

Red carpet service hands down. Lori and her daughter are by FAR the BEST in this business. If you want the red carpet treatment. Take it from me. Please hire the mother and daughter Duo. They went above and beyond taking care of my babies. I can not articulate in words how I felt so blessed to have chosen "Underdog Pet Transport" They were absolutely beautiful inside and out. Would choose her everytime

Lori with Underdog Pet Transport was very helpful, responsive, and professional leading up to our pups' transport date. Unfortunately the flight transporting our pet back to the U.S. was cancelled. Lori understood and, although we did not actually utilize her service, she remained professional until cancellation and I have no doubt that he would have cared for Max the entire process.

Lori was very sincere and kind. Her van is very organized and comfortable for pets. She stayed in touch and sent updates and pictures throughout the journey. Thank you Lori for treating Beau like your own.
