The best first experience shipping my girl out. Lori drove my dog from Miami to Florida to my parents house. I received frequent updates everyday. She was so reassuring to share her GPS with me. My dog took fond of her quick and was very calm the entire ride through. Will book with her again for my future transports !!

excellent service! Lori responded promptly to any questions; she kept me informed at all points in the travel and sent me pictures and texts. The whole process was remarkably easy. And she's a very nice 'animal person' who seems to really care and took great care of the cat she was bringing down to me. Would definitely recommend her.

Lori was the sweetest lady. This company will make sure your companion or family member makes it home safely. She transported my dog Luna and updated me along the way with photos and texts. I felt in the loop at all times. The vehicle was very clean and organized. Luna came home happy and not skiddish. No concerns here. Wonderful to have my dog home and I’m extremely grateful. If you need to transport your furry children I highly recommend Underdog Pet Transport. I had my 2 cats transported from VA to FL. She was very friendly, and punctual. Kept me informed and even sent pictures along the way. I absolutely will use again in the future if I need to transport my pets.

Lori was excellent at communicating- making the arrangements went extremely smoothly as were pickup and drop-off. The friends to who we were sending the dog were absolutely thrilled and pleased that Moby seemed to have done well. I would use them again.
