Red carpet service hands down. Lori and her daughter are by FAR the BEST in this business. If you want the red carpet treatment. Take it from me. Please hire the mother and daughter Duo. They went above and beyond taking care of my babies. I can not articulate in words how I felt so blessed to have chosen "Underdog Pet Transport" They were absolutely beautiful inside and out. My babies felt safe and that is all that mattered to me. I 1000% without a shadow of a doubt will most definitely recommend this mother and daughter Duo 😁❤️

Lori was very sincere and kind. Her van is very organized and comfortable for pets. She stayed in touch and sent updates and pictures throughout the journey. Thank you Lori for treating Beau like your own.

Lori did an amazing job taking care of my dog. Upon meeting her, I had complete trust that my dog would be fine. She kept me informed as to where they were and sent pictures to me along the way. I will be using her again for my dog return home. I highly recommend Lori to safely transport your animal to its destination.

Lori and her daughter were amazing, my doodle is 12 years old and requires a gentle touch…they pampered her, gave her ice in her water, helped her in and out of the transport vehicle…spoiled her rotten, she loved both of them…highly recommended 10 stars if possible.

Lori and her daughter Kiara were amazing. I adopted Venus from Florida and needed her transported to New Jersey. I text Lori several times and then actually spoke to her. She told me how the whole process works. She put me at ease. Due to weather and traffic it took longer than expected, but Lori kept me up to date several times a day. I felt like i was an expecting grandma. When they finally got there, Venus was so happy. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️

Lori was absolutely amazing! We were so nervous about having someone else drive Luna, and even more nervous if a shared trip would be okay for her. Lori was very upfront about all the details a shared trip consisted of, and sent video and picture updates regularly. Luna did so much better than we expected, and we’re so relieved to have found someone who loved our girl just as much as we do!

Lori was friendly and professional. I received daily photos and updates and was confident my pets were is very good hands. Highly recommended!
