After getting scammed by another transportation service Sean really made sure my Norwegian Elkhound puppy Sigurd was delivered safe and sound from Northwest Montana to Las Vegas, NV. He kept in communication with me wonderfully with regular updates, and tracking information. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

The service provided from CitizenShipper was very efficient and professional. Sean, the driver was an amazing. He was in constant communication with me. Sent photos and videos along the way of my doggy. He even went to Petco to buy a better harness. When he came to drop off the dog, my dog started crying when he left because they had formed such a bond. Extremely professional very trustworthy highly recommend.!!!!

The driver kept us informed all along the trip. Arrived sooner than expected. He took great pictures of our dog. She is a very large Belgian Malinois who is very strong and the driver had no problems caring for her
