Sean was amazing to work with! He saved the day when we had a last minute cancellation. He was quick to respond and did his best to get our puppies delivered fast and safe!

Amazing drive

The driver kept us informed all along the trip. Arrived sooner than expected. He took great pictures of our dog. She is a very large Belgian Malinois who is very strong and the driver had no problems caring for her

We cannot put into words how grateful we are for Sean. From the very beginning, it was clear that this wasn’t just a “job” for him, he truly loves his work. He brought our puppy across the country with the kind of love, care, and attention you’d expect only from family. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness. We were able to track the journey in real time, and Sean kept us updated constantly, always just a quick message or call away at any time. He truly treated our puppy like his own, and that gave us so much peace of mind through what could have been a very stressful process. The promise of 24/7 vet care was not just words, he really meant it, and we could feel that commitment every step of the way. What touched us most was how attentive Sean was to our puppy’s little health condition and medication needs. He didn’t just manage, he cared for our puppy with skill, patience, and genuine compassion. He also took the time to learn and make sure he felt confidence in his ability to monitor his health throughout the journey which was truly incredible. There are no words big enough to capture how thankful we are to have found him. Sean is one of those rare people who puts his whole heart into what he does, and it shows. We would trust him again in a heartbeat and will tell anyone who will listen that there is simply no better person to guide your fur babies safely to their next home. Sean is beyond amazing.

I can't say enough positive things about Sean and Pawsport Xpress. He was a fantastic communicator, took excellent care of my dog, and relayed pictures and updates throughout their journey. He even brought a ramp to help my elderly dog get up into his vehicle! He is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend him!

Sean was wonderful. Our cats suffer with anxiety and motion sickness and Sean took such good care of them. He was very patient. He kept us updated on his trip and insured the safety of our cats. 10/10 would recommend him.

If anyone else bids on shipping your pet - just disregard it and go with Sean. He is amazing- and communicates the entire time. Even sending photos of the dogs when they stopped for potty breaks!!?! Oh my heart!!!!!! Amazing! If I could leave a 10 ⭐️ for him - I would. Perfect service!!!! All around wonderful experience. I could go on and on……..
