Amir, the delivery driver was excellent. He was very courteous and prompt. His trailer was very clean, and he did a superb job of securing my motorcycle in the trailer. I paid him in cash for the quoted price. Tempus Logix, on the other hand, sent me a message and claimed that the driver wanted and additional $50 but required I pay it to them instead of the driver. I suspect the driver knew nothing about the extra $50 and probably didn't receive it. That's why I gave a 4-star review. It's an average of three for Tempus Logix and five for the driver. When she picked up my kitten, she immediately noticed that she wasn't feeling well. Her eye was very red and had pus in it—something we had never been properly informed about. Heather called me right away, kept me updated throughout the trip, and took wonderful care of my kitten the entire time. She even made extra stops to gently clean her eye and make sure she was as comfortable as possible. It's clear that Heather truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about every animal in her care. Her actions spoke volumes. Every time I spoke with her, she was warm, cheerful, and genuinely uplifting. She laughed, joked with me, and made every conversation feel personal and reassuring. He sent us pictures of our dogs and consistent updates as well as flexibility when it came to dropping off down to the exact time of drop off which made it so easy for us and our family! Drive was great; someone sent him to the wrong city with my shipment, over 100 miles away but he called ahead and quickly straightened things out. When he arrived, we were able to back the whole trailer into a barn that had only 1 inch of door clearance on either side of the 40 foot trailer, in rough terrain. He did a great job and we were able to directly hoist the entire load inside the assembly building instead of fooling around with unloading equipment and moving the shipment twice. BAH was friendly and promptly made adjustments in my favor regarding billing changes. Be ready to ship when you call these guys....they will have someone almost TOO fast.

Throughout the trip, he chewed on his kennel, barked, and whined quite a bit, but Ricardo remained incredibly patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. It was clear that he genuinely cared about Tua's well-being and made sure he was safe and as comfortable as possible. Knowing our dog was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful move. I am leaving this review because my Frenchie died while being transported by ZippaPet LLC from Morgan Hill, CA to Spring, TX. This has been absolutely devastating for my family. We trusted this company with a beloved member of our family, and instead we received a call that he had died during transport. He was completely healthy with no health issues. No pet owner should ever have to experience that. I am heartbroken, traumatized, and still trying to process how something like this happened. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about their safety procedures, monitoring, emergency protocols, temperature control, rest stops, communication, and what happens if a pet shows signs of distress during transport. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This was not just “a pet” to us. He was family, and he never made it home.

We booked Jose a week before we needed to transport our Blue Heeler and Mini American Bully from LA to Palm Beach. He took such incredible care of our girls and our car. Excellent communication before, during and after the trip. Took great care Bentley and got him safely from Tampa to DC (even dealing with 4th of July traffic).
