Jason provided a great experience. Despite having issues with the citizen shipper app that delayed us getting connected, he did everything he could to reach out and once we got connected everything was seamless. He did a great job staying in touch before the transport, so that I knew exactly when he was arriving for pickup. Throughout the trip he sent me status updates and pictures to let me know how my dog was doing. Drop-off time was exactly what he anticipated and my dog arrive happy and in good spirits. I would highly recommend using Jason for your pet transportation needs!

I booked a pet transport service with Jason for my dog Waffles. We booked several months in advance and the details were largely settled, but Jason still took the time to check in with me regularly leading up to the trip, which reassured me the plan was still on. He arrived exactly when he said he would with safe transportation equipment and delivered my little guy safe and sound to his destination. It’s clear he really loves animals and pays attention to their comfort, plus he’s easy to deal with and a nice guy all around. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great to work with! He worked with a time frame on short noticed and kept me informed the entire time! When he dropped off my cat he stayed behind and groomed his nails ! Would used him again anytime !!

Jason @PetGuy was great. There was some confusion with an incorrect address through CitizenShipper, but Jason worked with us and the Breeder and was very patient and pleasant to work with and was very accommodating.

I would highly recommend using these wonderful people They drove my dog from CT to Fla and will return him to CT in the Spring! I received pictures during the trip and my dog fell in love with Shannon Do not hesitate to trust them with your animal!!
