Many pets need transportation, and we want to ensure that your loved one receives the best care possible. *Before booking, please confirm that we have the dates you need available.* ### What Sets Us Apart We prioritize quality time with each pet. Long drives can be exhausting and lonely, so we strive to ensure that every fur baby feels cherished throughout the journey. We provide all necessary supplies for transportation—except for a collar or harness—allowing you to focus on what truly matters without added stress. For fur babies 9 weeks and younger, they won’t touch the ground; they’ll enjoy playtime and attention right in the seat with us. ### Allergies If your pet has any allergies, please inform us. We want every fur baby to receive VIP treatment. ### Cleanliness We meticulously clean and disinfect every crate and bowl to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Thank you for considering us for your pet's transportation needs! We look forward to bringing joy to you and your pet ### Rides Some rides may be shared unless otherwise specified. If you prefer a solo ride for your pet, please inform us before booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. ### Weather Safety Your pet's safety is paramount. If weather conditions are too dangerous for travel—such as black ice or thick fog—your date may be adjusted for safety reasons. ### Personal Contact Once your booking is complete, we will exchange personal information, as per CitizenShipper policy. ### Service Fee Please note that there is a service fee (approximately $0.191) charged by CitizenShipper for connecting us. Unfortunately, this fee cannot be waived. ### What We Provide We offer a range of services to ensure your pet’s comfort during the ride, including: - Use of a travel carrier - Purified drinking water - One-on-one loving affection - Bowls and potty pads during the ride - Photos and continuous communication from pickup to drop-off Please let us know before booking if you require the use of a carrier. ### Payment Method A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, payable through PayPal (please send as a friend), CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery—whichever works best for you. We do not accept checks, money orders, or traveler’s checks. Tips are greatly appreciated! ### Refund Policy If you need to cancel your trip after booking, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your pickup date based on our availability. The sooner you inform us, the better we can accommodate your needs. We’re excited to help with your pet’s transportation and ensure a smooth and loving experience!

Jose from JGP Transportation is absolutely amazing! From start to finish he was very easy to work with and made my family feel confident in sending our Standard Poodle with him. He sent frequent updates and pictures/ videos of her along the journey. He goes above and beyond for his clients to accommodate their specific needs. Jose the owner of JGP Transportation was fearless when meeting our three unsocialized rambunctious dogs. His abilities with the dogs gave us confidence that he can handle them, especially our smallest, our "runner." We loved the photos from the trip's stops and being able to follow the journey. He is a kind and very patient dog lover. Highly recommended.

Incredible service! I highly, highly recommend booking with them. I loved the fact that they only transport two pets at a time, and the van they transport them in was nice and spacious, with lots of windows that let in natural light. It put me at ease knowing my fur baby wasn't going to be stressed cooped up in a crate in the dark. They also were in regular communication with me, sent me daily photos of my pet on walks, being fed, sleeping soundly, etc. It made me feel so much less anxious about the trip (from south FL to Cali). Also, they made the cross-country trip in RECORD time. They picked up my dog from south FL Saturday morning, and he arrived in the Bay Area, CA by Tuesday morning! Truly incredible service at a super competitive price. Don't hesitate AT ALL to book with JGP Transportation. If I ever need to transport my pet again, I'd do it with them in a heartbeat!

We have 2 big dogs that are high anxiety. From the minute our transporter Filipe picked up our dogs they loved him, truly a dog whisperer. It was a cross country move and we had updates and pictures the whole time. They arrived happy and healthy. We highly recommend JGP Transportation.

Jose and Gianina were wonderful with our super nervous and anxious dog and super anxious owner! Great communication along the way and we could watch them via GPS tracking. A great experience and I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

A+ and speedy service- updated me every 4-6 hours with pictures of my dog taking bathroom breaks or walking- quoted me 3 full days and nights to deliver from San Diego to Wilmington NC but completed the in job in just over 2. Highly recommend
