That fee is not included in our quote and unrelated to our quote.* We are a small family run company. I (Brandi) have dispatched in the transport industry while my husband, (Buzz) drove semi. We are breeders as well and have a passion for animals in general. We are excellent with all pets. Brandi has also trained horses specializing in the misunderstood horses when owners were at a loss as to how to regain that bond and trust. We are not new to transporting by any means, we started this journey by transporting our own litters in 2019. It is truly the best reward to see families reunited or that new puppy addition to your family and the happy, smiling faces! We transport multiple pets at one time but can provide private transport. When shipping multiple pets they’re kept separated at all times. We have worked with many breeders and rescues. Your pets are kept clean throughout their ride with us. They are taken out for walks/potty breaks often. During our stops, we will provide pictures and updates on all of your pets adventure as we travel closer to you. Lots of love is a must with us as well, guaranteed to be reunited/united with you spoiled and happy 😊. It is important to us that your baby feel safe and comfortable. We know that transport can be stressful for not only your pet, but you and your family. Our priority is to limit that stress by getting to know you and your baby. We take our time, especially, with those that are highly stressed or have anxiety and will provide extra breaks when needed. We understand that extra time and patience is needed for those that have been through difficulties in their lives before having their forever family to love them. We also provide a link to Life360 for live GPS so you can follow along on your pets journey! We like to feed on your schedule, this limits any potential for upset bellies. We follow a strict no paws on the ground for puppies under 16 weeks of age, as breeders ourselves, we understand the importance of keeping puppies away from any and all possibilities of illness. We truly enjoy treating your baby like one of our own during their time with us. Our prices vary, but we only transport 4-5 pets at a time. This allows your pet to get the individualized time and attention along their journey. Please feel free to ask any questions you have before booking. I would highly recommend utilizing this company. They were professional and thorough. They ensured I was aware of everything that was going on and took extremely good care of my dog. They provided an app so I could track the driver throughout the drive. They provided pictures and kept me updated throughout the drive. Again they are great and fair priced and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have an animal transported!!!

Howells Pet Xpress was great! Their communication was top notch, they sent several pictures along the way, and delivered our sweet boy safe and sound in a happy state. It's a bit of a nerve-racking experience to trust your pet with someone you don't know, but I would recommend Howells Pet Xpress to anyone!! Excellent customer service ❤️. Treated my pup exceptionally. They communicated very well and even helped trouble shoot my pick up when issues arrouse. You can tell they really care not only about their customer but about animals as well. I would 💯 percent use them again and recommend them.

Brandi and Buzz were such a pleasure to work with. They made a very tough situation so much easier for us and did so graciously. Brandi and Buzz were both very communicative, responded quickly to our messages and Brandi kept us updated throughout the trip with pictures of our precious cargo! Not only were they highly supportive and communicative, they took excellent care of our dog throughout the journey, stopping for walks and breaks and making sure she was doing well and was comfortable. Buzz and Brandi were truly so flexible and understanding with the issues we had on our end, and even went the extra mile to provide possible solutions or help however they could. They also link you into a tracking app so you can follow along the journey which was so nice. For all that they did for us, and the amazing service they provided I can't speak highly enough of them.
