Thom was so great getting our new fur baby from Omaha, NE to Beaumont, TX. He was communicative, on time, and took great care of my pup. We loved the picture updates and were so happy he could get him in such short notice.

Thom was wonderful with our new puppy. This was our first time ever needing transportation for a pet, so we were a little leary about the whole process, but Thom put our minds to rest right away. He was very responsive to and answered all of our questions before we booked with him. He coordinated the pick up with the seller which went according to plan. Thom sent us pictures and messages throughout the trip. letting us know when they crossed each state line. He treated our puppy with love and kindness throughout her trip from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin. We would highly recommend Thom and would give him more stars if we could. We will definitely book with him again if the need arises.

Thom was excellent. He was very helpful since this was the first time using CS , he communicated with myself and the breeder when he was to pick up the pup and very flexible with our needs . After the pup was picked up I got plenty of updates along the journey as well as a delivery on time . I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times !!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Thom is. He really put us at ease having to ship our fur baby to a different state. He kept in touch with us the whole way giving us updates and delivered our precious cargo safely and even played a funny joke on our friend who had never met our dog. Would highly recommend.
