Great transport supper informative and caring

l I recently relocated across the country for work and needed to have my Doberman, Cerro, transported from San Luis Obispo, CA to Indianapolis, IN. Anyone who owns a Doberman knows they can be a handful to care for, and I was nervous about trusting someone new with him for such a long trip. From the moment I connected with Thom at Citizen Shipper, I felt reassured. Cerro was a bit stand-offish when they first met, but Thom quickly earned his trust through patience and professionalism. Throughout the entire journey, Thom went above and beyond to keep me updated, sending regular check-ins and making sure I knew Cerro was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. By the time they arrived in Indianapolis, it was clear Cerro had bonded with Thom and had been looked after like family. I can’t thank Thom and Citizen Shipper enough for making what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone needing safe, reliable, and truly compassionate pet transport services.

Thom was so great getting our new fur baby from Omaha, NE to Beaumont, TX. He was communicative, on time, and took great care of my pup. We loved the picture updates and were so happy he could get him in such short notice.

He was very responsive to and answered all of our questions before we booked with him. He coordinated the pick up with the seller which went according to plan. Thom sent us pictures and messages throughout the trip. letting us know when they crossed each state line. He treated our puppy with love and kindness throughout her trip from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin. We would highly recommend Thom and would give him more stars if we could.
