When my daughter was home for Christmas she wanted to adopt a dog from the Humane Society, for her Christmas gift. She adopted a wonderful Collie/Corgi mix. When she inquired with the airline about taking it home, it was just a little too big to go in the plane with her and too cold to travel as cargo. We come up with only one option; rent a car and drive from California to Minnesota. We decided that it would take too long and we didn’t want to drive in the winter. Thankfully, we found Thom, who was the perfect match for us! He has the best attitude, is very communicative and filled is in two or more times a day, and was flexible with our pickup time and drop time. He bonded with Murphy during the 3 day trip. My daughter is very happy that she now has her new dog….and Murphy is so happy to have his forever home and soulmate! Thank you Thom, for making this happen.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom!!! This is our first time using Citizen Shipper and everything went perfectly! It was almost too good to be true. He took great care of our puppy (even though he *literally* screamed all the way from Wisconsin to Kentucky. We had non-stop access to their location and Tom checked in all along the way. I can’t say enough about the service he provided and I would not hesitate to call on him again.

I hired Thom to move my dog from Fort Collins to Janesville and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! It’s definitely a big decision to trust someone you don’t know with your pet, but Thom made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. He respected all of my requests, kept me updated the whole trip, and sent photos and videos along the way. He was also perfectly on time for both pickup and drop-off. Thom is truly a great person, and I’m so thankful for the care he gave to Greeicy. I highly, highly recommend him!!!

Excellent experience during a sad and difficult family time. Dog was transported on time with check ins and photos along the route. Pick up was smooth! Delivery was as promised, and the receiving end was also very pleased. I would use this transporter again and again if I had the need.
