Geovana and her husband were highly professional and i would recommend them in a heart beat. Reasonable pricing, quick responses and communicated well, and it was obvious they are animal lovers. My dog was well cared for during her cross country trek, and I appreciated being updated at least twice a day on her progress. Thank you so much!

My dog was well cared for and arrived safely. It had been a five-day-journey and it appeared that she had bonded with her driver, for she was not happy to see him leave! That says it all. Communication along the way was great and I appreciated the daily photos.

Miss Geovana gave my baby boy the BEST experience. I have done this before and my dog came back traumatized so I was nervous to do it again. HOWEVER, I could not recommend her and her husband enough to take care of your sweet fur baby! Her attentiveness and communication was amazing. Pictures, messages, up until departure and throughout. If you are second guessing having someone drive your baby anywhere, don’t. If you chose this couple you will not regret it. Best experience ever!

They were great with Sparky, who’s is a very nervous Husky. He’s typically afraid of people, but had no trouble during his trip. I appreciate you taking such great care of him.

Sending our pet by vehicle across country with a stranger was a scary idea. When our puppy saw that a stranger was trying to take her away, she was initially very unhappy. My wife and I were sad. However, from the photos we could see that after a very short time our puppy came to enjoy the trip and the time walking at the various stops. We relaxed. By the time our puppy arrived at her training home, she wanted to get back in the car and continue the trip. We 100% recommend Paws Door to Door! They stayed in contact, shared photos, and our puppy was truly happy.

Not everything will always go perfectly to plan. In my experience one of the owners of one of the puppy’s they transported got stuck at the airport. Luckily, with Paws Door 2 Door they safely and properly took care of my puppy through that entire process and gave me plenty of photos/ updates to make me feel secure. My puppy was in a very good headspace and mood when we had gotten to meet him. I’m very grateful for Paws Door 2 Door.

I cannot recommend Geovana and her husband enough! Their communication was incredible throughout our dog’s multiple journeys. And, their fee was very reasonable for the service provided. We will book through them again if we need pet transportation in the future.
