We booked with Paws Door 2 Door and we are so happy we did! They were excellent. We had a very specific pick up date and time and they were on time and made it very easy. They communicated frequently with pictures and updates and we were able to track our dog the entire trip. Our dog is a blue tick hound and can be a handful. They handled her so well and she arrived happy, safe and in great shape.. I can’t say enough floor things about them. The sweetest couple! We are very happy!

We had an amazing experience with Paws 2 Door Express. I’ll be honest—at first I was a little nervous after reading a previous review involving an anxious dog. But after taking time to really think about it, I realized that with long-distance travel, a lot of things can happen. Car trouble can happen, and when dogs are anxious—especially when they’re not with their owner—unexpected situations can happen there too. What truly mattered to me was how thorough and intentional Paws 2 Door Express was from the very beginning. They asked detailed questions about my dog, Mazzie. He’s not aggressive, but he is very shy, and they took the time to understand his personality and needs. Mazzie does great on car rides, and they made sure he was comfortable and cared for the entire trip. Communication was excellent. They stayed in contact with me throughout the journey, which gave me so much peace of mind. They arrived right on time to my parents’ home in McAllen, Texas, and the reunion was incredibly emotional. Mazzie was reunited with his grandparents and cousins and was so happy he actually cried. I’m so grateful I found Paws 2 Door Express. They are a wonderful, family-owned business, and you can truly feel the care and heart they put into what they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and compassionate pet transport.

I am extremely satisfied by the services provided by Paws Door 2 Door Express. The communication was great from start to finish. They were able to pick my dog, Leo, up with very short notice and bring him from Utah to Pennsylvania within just a few days. They took great care of Leo, despite Leo not liking car rides. I had an amazing experience with Paws Door 2 Door. They safely transported my 15 year old German Shepherd all the way from NYC to San Diego in just four days, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better care. From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative and reassuring. I received regular updates throughout the entire trip both day and night , which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my senior dog was safe, comfortable, and well looked after during such a long journey.
