We could not have asked for a better experience than the one Ryan gave us transporting Xavier, from Brandon, Mississippi, to San Francisco. Xavier was still recovering from surgery and needed extra care (a little help in and out of the vehicle, daily medication) and Ryan handled it all, asking appropriate questions along the way to ensure that Xavier got what he needed. This was our second time having Xavier transported cross-country, so we knew how stressful it could be to put our sweet dog into a vehicle with a stranger. Ryan put us at ease right away, asking good questions before meeting Xavier then providing us with frequent check-ins and reassuring video updates. Seeing Xavier safe, relaxed, and clearly well cared for meant so much to us. Can’t say enough about Ryan’s communication. He notices the smallest details, takes the best videos, and we could tell that he truly loves the animals in his care. Waggin Wheels took on the very formidable challenge of transporting my three older cats from AZ to NY. They were very communicative, offered a very fair rate, and were flexible on things like getting better accommodations and extremely attentive to one of my cat's medicine requirements. During the trip, they reported that one of the cats wasn't eating or drinking, and were open to my suggestions for how to get them on track (dropper feeding, etc.), as well as prepared for an emergency vet visit (which wasn't needed). If they were unavailable or out of cell range, they always returned my call or text promptly, within 10 minutes. I received map locations, pictures, and videos. TBH I hope I NEVER have to move my cats again - they are a crotchety handful - but if I did, I'd rehire Waggin Wheels without hesitation.

Top Tier. My dog was at a shelter, waiting for me to fly to Vegas and pick her up. To my surprise, she couldn't fly back because of the heat. I was told by the Shelter to try a transportation agency. I explained to the transporter my situation, and she assured me not to worry, my dog was in good hands. She transported her from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Broussard, LA. That's over 1600 miles. She updated me when they took breaks, and I was fine with that. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. So satisfied I gave her a BIG tip. Excellence at its finest.
