With a commitment to excellence, security, and customer satisfaction, Tempus Logix, Inc. continues to set the standard in transportation logistics. ⏱️Along with our logistic associates, we operate with a large number of carriers which allows us to offer our valued customers a reasonable estimated timeframe of 1 - 4 business days for regular shipments, and 1 - 4 business days for motorcycles to ATVs, maritime vehicles, and heavy equipment starting from the first available date that the customer provides (i.e., the date on which the shipped vehicle/unit is first available to be picked up). 🔵 Of Note: ✅ USDOT / FMCSA Licensed; 🌐 We provide real-time and live GPS tracking access to most shipments (if and when available); 📌 We offer door-to-door service for all shipments (if both locations are accessible for semi-trucks/haulers). If not, the driver will make an effort to collect and/or deliver the shipped vehicle/unit from a nearby area (e.g., Commercial/public parking lot, rest areas, wide public streets, or service station, etc.) that is more accessible and does not risk blocking traffic or violating DOT Trucking and Motorcoaches laws and regulations. 💲 Our prices are fixed, and final, and include all costs, including door-to-door service, goods and services tax (GST), tolls, and insurance. There are no hidden fees. Changes only occur if the shipment was misrepresented (i.e. did not reflect the information provided on the original listing) or if the shipped vehicle/unit availability exceeds the validity of the offered price/quote. 📞 Our agents are on standby on weekdays from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST and on weekends from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST to answer any questions and provide assistance if and when needed. 📆 The dates and arrival times communicated to the customer via email, phone, or SMS are estimates and subject to change based on circumstances beyond the carrier's control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors. Our agents will make every effort to promptly update the customer on any schedule changes if and when they arise. ⚠️ Tempus Logix Inc. acts as a neutral third-party broker holds no insurance obligations and is not liable directly or indirectly for any damage claims to the shipped vehicle/unit. All liability for damage claims lies with the carrier and/or the carrier’s insurance provider.

Very easy company to work with and lots of great communication. My bike was picked up the day they said they would pick it up and was delivered the next day in great condition. My delivery driver texted me about an hour before he arrived to my apartment to let me know he was on the way. Thank you!!

Everything went super well at all steps considering that the driver had almost no english and we didn't know that in advance. There was excellent backup by tele to help us and the driver, but we could have done a better job for everyone, shipper, receiver, and driver, if we had telephone backup sooner to assist the language differences. I would encourage Tempus Logic to remain active in the placement of the load until it is certain that the driver and type of truck/trailer is identified AND the support for any language differences are in place in the 24 hours b4 pickup and all the way through to confirming delivery. I would definitely work with all of the companies and people that were part of this move again!!!
