Very easy company to work with and lots of great communication. My bike was picked up the day they said they would pick it up and was delivered the next day in great condition. My delivery driver texted me about an hour before he arrived to my apartment to let me know he was on the way. Thank you!!

Everything went super well at all steps considering that the driver had almost no english and we didn't know that in advance. There was excellent backup by tele to help us and the driver, but we could have done a better job for everyone, shipper, receiver, and driver, if we had telephone backup sooner to assist the language differences. I would encourage Tempus Logic to remain active in the placement of the load until it is certain that the driver and type of truck/trailer is identified AND the support for any language differences are in place in the 24 hours b4 pickup and all the way through to confirming delivery. I would definitely work with all of the companies and people that were part of this move again!!!

Shipped my motorcycle from California to Washington State. Price was great for the shipping type offered (enclosed trailer, door to door service) and they were able to find a driver almost immediately. The driver was friendly and communicative and the shipment arrived exactly when expected, no issues. Glad I ended up going with this company and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of motorcycle shipping services.

This was an operable street bike from central PA to north FL, 950 miles. TL was my second broker, as the first ran out the 5 business days w/o finding a carrier. CS relisted the bike due to this. It took TL 3 business days to get a carrier (Topgear Transportation LLC from NJ), and he picked it up that same evening. He communicated with the seller to make sure the time was good. This was a dually truck with an enclosed triple axle trailer. TL said 2 days to arrive, and they were correct. The driver communicated with me as to the arrival time and was within 30 minutes of his day prior estimate. No complaints. The bike was properly secured, and he had taken the bags and trunk off for transport. No damage to anything was found. TL did this for hundreds less than most other brokers, and used an enclosed transport. While my first experience left me skeptical as to getting this done so far under "market price", TL came through and did what they said they'd do with no added fees. I would use them again.
