Lois was incredible! While it broke my heart to have my Silly kitty away from me, it was the best option for our move. She picked him up the day before our movers came (Sunday) so he didn’t get traumatized by 8 men carrying out his surroundings. We flew from NJ to TN Tuesday and she dropped him off to our new home in TN just hours after we arrived. I highly recommend her to care for and transport your furry family members!

Anyone that chooses Lois you have made a friend for life. You will receive top notch service at every level of your animals journey. She is so responsible, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. You do not have to go any further if you are reading this review. I am as anal as they get, I read over 200 reviews and picked Lois. Infact she understood how anxious I was and my appointment was scheduled for the 13th, I received my baby on the 11th.
