Lois was wonderful, friendly, and comforting for my cat on a 2 hour drive. It's only a few hours after my cat is in our new home and he is already adjusting to the new space.

Lois did an excellent transport. She arrived early. She was very communicative and kept me informed. She cared for the little boy as if her own and the price was right!

Lois drove 9 hours through a snowstorm to get our new pup home, after waiting hours for a breeder who was the late to the dropoff point. She is flexible and easy to work with and has great communication.

Lois was the right choice when I booked her to pick my new dog (Milo). As soon as I booked her. She was on her way to pick up my puppy! She communicated with me the whole way, sending me travel links that allowed me to follow her. She also took great care of my new puppy sending me pictures along the way letting me how he was doing. if you’re looking for someone to pick up your puppy or kitten. She’s the one! Hands-down, overall the best!

Lois was prompt, responsive, and very approachable. She transported my two senior cats from Philadelphia to Washington, DC. When one of my cats refused to go into his carrier, Lois improvised and was able to load him into a separate carrier in her car (earning a few scratches for the trouble!). She shared GPS tracking during the entire transportation process. She was also very patient as I unloaded the cats and put them inside their new home. I would entrust Lois with my cats again. Wow, talk about a life saver!!! Lori saved the day with last minute pickup and delivery 4 states away. She is caring, loving, compassionate, and thoughtful when it comes to the care of ALL animals. She delivered professionally and on time. Even let the cats out to roam the back seat so they weren't cooped up for the hole ride. She went above and beyond to get the job done in the small time frame I gave her. 1000% sending her my future business.
