Anyone that chooses Lois you have made a friend for life. You will receive top notch service at every level of your animals journey. She is so responsible, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. You do not have to go any further if you are reading this review. I am as anal as they get, I read over 200 reviews and picked Lois. Infact she understood how anxious I was and my appointment was scheduled for the 13th, I received my baby on the 11th.
